Helpful service. I didn't end up buying paint because the employee helped in a way that didn't require me to buy something. You know they're interested in helping when that help doesn't mean revenue for them. I'm sure they're counting on it coming back to them in the future. That's the kind of business I want to support.

I’ve been a loyal Sherwin Williams customer for over 15 years, but I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of their paint recently. I painted my walls using their mid grade product, and within a few days, I noticed patches of paint scratching off the walls with barely any contact. I have painted other rooms in my house using Sherwin Williams paint and haven’t had any issues until purchasing this one batch of paint. It’s very clear the paint is defective. It’s beyond frustrating to see something like this happen now.
What’s even more frustrating is that Sherwin Williams doesn’t seem to stand by their product. I’ve reached out for assistance, and there doesn’t seem to be any real progress made towards a resolution after spending hundreds of dollars on these gallons of defective paint and over a thousand dollars on a professional painter. We want to move forward with painting more rooms and fix the current paint job, but can’t until Sherwin can find the time to address this problem, if they will at all. I am out money and my new paint job looks absolutely horrendous. I expected much more from a brand I’ve trusted for so long. This experience has been a huge letdown, and if Sherwin Williams doesn’t make this right, I’ll have no choice but to stop using their products altogether and find a brand that stands behind their product. I would hope they would have more loyalty to their lifelong customers, but from this experience it is clear they do not have any real interest in making things right.
Edit: I see you told me to contact Sherwin and I have and that’s how I know Sherwin Williams doesn’t stand behind their product. We have spoken with a rep, they have came and peeled paint of our wall and have seen how every other batch of paint we have purchased from Sherwin has adhered just fine on our walls except this last one and still nothing.
A quick Google search will tell you Sherwin Williams is a multi billion dollar company, yet they can’t even refund a loyal customer a few hundred dollars to replace some faulty paint. Do yourself a favor and use a company that actually backs their product like Dunn Edwards, because what we are going through with Sherwin Williams is a very expensive headache that could easily remedied by this billion dollar corporation.
I have now included pictures where the rep came and took tape, stuck it to the wall, and peeled paint off, you can even see in the first photo that the old Sherwin Williams paint adhered just fine and that the new paint just peels off. This is a problem that can be easily solved, if they would just STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

Cody the manager is very knowledgeable with Paint and anything related to painting, he used to work at the store off of Cave Creek and cactus in North Phoenix. The guy was the best employee they had at the store.If you are looking for good service Go to Codys store in Anthem Arizona. He is the man.?

On the afternoon of January 3rd, I went to your store to buy paint materials. I took out the photos and asked the clerk, but I got a negative response from him. He didn’t want to answer anything. He even asked him to help us check the inventory. He didn’t even check the stock. He just said no. Later, we bought a few pieces. We even lost the change for the product. We don’t want to be treated with this attitude just because we are Asians.

Bought a 75$ paint bucket for my home that used Sherwin paint back in 2015 however they could not match due to a discontinued paint code. So I asked to return the bucket and try to match a different way but they told me it was company policy that I take it back to the store I bought it at. WHAT ?? I live in Anthem AZ and this store is across the street pretty much but they want me to drive 30 min out to return the bucket at same store I bought it from. Is this really correct? If so this is horrible customer service and I’ll never buy paint here or recommend sherwin paint to anyone!

Awesome hours to get supplies when your work day is starting here in the hot AZ sun. Counter staff (Christian) are pleasant and knowledgeable. The fellow working the back area (Steve) that blended my paint was also extremely helpful, insisting that he carry my purchase to the vehicle for me. I felt like they valued me and the small amount of business that i gave them even though I’m a homeowner doing a small job and not a big painting contractor.
