I am in the process of painting my backyard and pool deck and he was able to provide some tips and recommendation on Cool Feel paint, and other accessories to use to make the job much easier. Thank you for the great customer service! Gives this man a raise - 6 stars!

Carson was very friendly and helpful as well as the merchant. Fast and easy help. I called ahead and they got the paint I needed ready. They also gave me information before I left to confirm grabbing the right paint. Much appreciated and great business at this location 👏

As a Master Carpenter, I often need paint for all quality projects, big n small. I travel about 200 miles everyday and I have been to almost all Sherwin Williams locations in the Greater Phoenix area. One stands out from them all.
Sherwin Williams on W. Happy Valley is the first store that has shown me that a business relationship between a small business and a big corporation can exist. The management team and sales force at this store are absolutely fantastic. They have helped me out of many jams and the only thing I can do to show my gratitude is to go online and tell the internet how amazing this store is. It’s so good I drive 12-15 miles out of my way to do my business with this store because this store is that good! All the stores demonstrate good customer service, but Happy Valley is just simply better!
So come in with questions, or any of your wall covering needs and I promise that you will be blown away by the level of professionalism.
If you’re a professional or DIYer make this your store. You won’t be sorry.

Top of the line experience- I feel rude for not verifying the name of the gentleman who helped me, my receipt says Bryce.
He was patient, thorough, really nice and a total professional. The store was immaculate and seemed well laid out.
Best SW store I’ve been to!

We have gone to this store twice. Very very poor customer service. Both times ended up going to the anthem store. Stay away from this one. Not enough help and the help is not trained properly.

This is the store service???? A contractor is sitting outside waiting obviously doing a job......I came for color cards though I dont know if I should even consider this if this is what people painting are dealing with.

Take complete advantage of you, terrible customer service. I asked for 2 quarts, guy working gave me a gallon without asking said there was a sale and this would be cheaper. My contractor said he charged me for the most expensive paint they have when it’s completely unnecessary. What should have be $30 ended up costing $95 with the sale. Find another location

I am a local painter who recently started using Sherwin-Williams and regretfully opened an account. I want management to know that I spend in the upwards of the tens of thousands of dollars on painting products a year. I say this so your company can understand the gravity of mistreating/mishandling any customer. Multiply that spend by just a few other local painters and you can do the math on the loss.I called last Friday for some info. I am an old man - I like to call for info! I called back Saturday with a few more questions and then a final call with my order. I followed up today (Tuesday) and they couldn't figure out where my order was... I asked for a manager and after a 5 minute hold - John got on the phone with a condescending tone. He told me "Didn't you call like 6 times Saturday?" No, I didn't, but even if I did, does that excuse your lack of service? Is it illegal to call and ask questions before spending money on their products? Here is the kicker, he said that my order was written on a piece of paper sitting on the manager's desk. I asked why it's Tuesday and the order was still not put in. He literally laughed and told me it was still going to take 3-4 days. FINE. But if the order would have been put in on Saturday, even Monday, I would have been able to work this week; now, I am not able to. All I ask for is some accountability, a simple, "hey we dropped the ball/we are understaffed..." ANYTHING would have been acceptable, but a LAUGH?Happy Holidays John. Hopefully you get a lot of joy being a j*** to old farts.

When picking out the paint, I was confident in Sherwin-Williams, but after the bucket of no color and lack of empathy and support from the staff, I should have gone to a different store. The color I went with was SW7008. If you look at that color, it's an off-white but not pure white. After applying it to my wall, it is whiter than my white doors. After going to this store, the lady claimed color was added. After I showed her the swatch, she said nothing and claimed to have added color. I also showed a photo of the swatch, the color on my wall, and my white doors. And, she stated, "can't match off of a photo." I wasn't asking to match, just demonstrating how white the paint was compared to the swatch. I went home with the white paint. The customer service showed no empathy and would not listen. I still like Sherwin-Williams, but this store is a no-go for me.
