I do not recommend this nail salon. I walked in at 4:15 to let them know I get off work at 5:00 and wanted to see if I should make an appointment. Instead of being helpful, the woman who approached me had a visible attitude and seemed frustrated that I even asked. She told me I needed to be there before 5:00, and when I explained I don’t get off work until then, she said they close at 5:00. That didn’t make sense because their website clearly says they close at 6:00. I ended up walking out. It’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience just for asking a simple question.

One of the WORST nail places ever! I took my mom to get her nails done and the owner was being super RACIST towards us, she only speaks Spanish and the owner yelled “ ENGLISH??” he kept giving us dirty looks, the workers looked frustrated and didn’t look like they wanted to help us. We decided to leave because that is unacceptable behavior especially from the owner himself. So are we not excepting people who speak Spanish or who are disabled???

This Wednesday my mom and Aunt both had went to Shiny Nails for their usual fill ins. They have been going here for about 3 years now and have never experienced such intolerable behavior that came from the owner himself. They were trying to get someone to help them and they only do speak Spanish which is very common in the state of Arizona if you’re not from it. The only worker that normally helps them out was busy and so another worker that only spoke English was more than willing to help and that is when the owner begins to be racist and say “Speak English we are in America you need to speak English.”. Which doesn’t even sound American itself. Mind you my Aunt has a disability as well so for the OWNER to try to decline service to them when his own workers were more than willing to says more than enough about what he is. Do better and be better when it comes to treating people especially if they do not speak the same language as you. You then tried to help them as they were on their way out as if they would want help from someone who was just awful to them?

I came here why they was still open they turned me around and did not want to do my nails I was very nice I got here way before they closed the man was very rude to me i do not recommend here and they are still open he just didn't want to do my nails and a friend of mine recommended this place SMH the service is horrible

Not a friendly or warm welcome. Lady who greeted seemed so frustrated and fed up with her job. Extremely rude and pushy asking what I wanted. Not just the file n drill bits but everything was dirty. The electric nail file hurt so bad. Charged $75. Parts of my black nail polish was filed off n not fixed. Will never return to this nail salon. got a mani pedi from jimmy and was pleased although i had called yesterday to ask about pricing and got charged $25 more then they had said on the phone. it was a decent experience besides the ignorant, entitled, and selfish female who greets the customers and checked them out which ruined the entire experience. The fact that she was being so blatantly disrespectful to a different client that was in there at the same time as me was disturbing and shes lucky i chose peace and just payed and walked out without crashing out on her because this business needs to be closed down, if that girl is still employed. I didn't even get her name but i’m never going again and hope you guys read this before deciding to go since i didnt look at the reviews before…

Terrible and so disappointing. The manager cussed the whole time why people were coming in on a Monday, he was upset because he has a nail tech off on Mondays. Then the manager said he had 20yrs of experience but my nails looked horrible!! How or why would he even charge me! See pic below!! Smh ?♀️ looks like a child did my nails

I went in to have some tips removed. The owner decided that he would take a tip out and remove my tips that are glued to my fingers. I told him I didn't want tips I wanted them off, and he stated, I do speak English. I will never be back...

Nobody in the shop and I was told to come back because they were “busy.” The nail tech was in the middle of doing her own nails and the other lady was just wandering around with her phone in her hand.

poor service. they pick and choose what hi they service regardless of who showed up first for service. never have people readily available to do nails always always have to wait. hours. they don't acknowledge you and give u a wait time. will never receive a tip and business will slowly die here due to their lack of common courtesy.
