Michelle had the worst customer service, with a disgusting attitude not sure how they have her working in a customer service environment. She gave my 11-year-old attitude as if she was a teenager, when she was simply asking for a shoe size. They need to rethink of having her Working in this type of environment, her attitude was so unprofessional…… If I could give the rating a zero, I would only because of Michelle. Other than that, my daughter got the Shoes She wanted and left very happy. Thanks to the gentleman who helped us I didn’t catch his name.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask if they had a shoe in my size and the phone just rang and rang. I then made my way (35 mins) to this location. As I was outside the store, I wanted to see if they would pick the phone up. I legit saw 3 employees talk with each other as the phone rang. This is hands down the most disgusting display of “customer service” I’ve seen in years.

This location never answers the phone!!! I made a refund April 16th from a Klarna purchase and still am awaiting the store to resolve me getting my funds back because they do not follow up. I am out of $214 and I have no merchandise either. Be professional and follow up and get this resolved!!!

I returned a shoe at this location and after that I have been given horrible service every time I walk into the store now by a female store manager Alejandra. When I asked to sign up for a raffle I felt completely disrespected in-front of my family. Lady gave a mad face literally said nothing just upset and handed me a raffle ticket. Did not say a single word but her facial expressions said everything. And before I even approached her she was being happy with everyone else so I know it was intentional. Why does Shoe Palace continue to let this place and especially manager treat customers like this? I have not stepped foot in this place since. I hope these reviews make a change.

This place is horrible the employees act like they racist I was there to buy 4 diffrent pair of shoes i was in there 30 mins just watching the employees on they phone and chatting with eachother so I decided to just buy 1 pair of shoes they couldn't even get that right..lol wow they put shoes in box both were for the left foot and I shook my head and was like what are u doing and the kid got a attitude so I just left went to footlocker and customer service was awesome I'll never go to shoe palace in desert sky mall again what a joke

This store in Desert Sky Mall in Phoenix,AZ. is the worst one ever. I was buying a item and had cash of 100.00 and this store calm they did not have change. At this time this store was full of people and even a line to pay. Poor customer service.

Terrible service, I bought some tennis shoes on December 10 and they came unstitched and I returned to the store and none of the ladies who were there wanted to assist me, they told me that they cannot return them and that they cannot access the cistern from 8 days ago only You have 8 days to buy them
