I had a very disappointing experience with Showcase Honda while inquiring about a used Nissan Rogue. The online listing showed one price, but the salesperson provided a higher number without explaining the difference. When I asked basic questions about the added fees, “Showcase Value Package,” and “Zaktec,” I couldn’t get a straight answer. Instead, I was repeatedly pushed to schedule a test drive rather than being given clear information.
I also received inconsistent pricing, incomplete explanations, and messages that felt more like pressure than actual customer service. Even after asking multiple times, my questions about what was installed on the vehicle were never answered. The communication came across rushed and unprofessional, including not spelling my name correctly.
Transparency and clarity matter when making a large purchase, and I didn’t experience either here. I ultimately chose not to move forward because I couldn’t get basic answers about what I’d actually be paying for. I can not recommend dealing with this dealership.

If you are ever going to buy a car, make sure you go to Honda Showcase and ask for Keionte Scales! Mr. Scales is the gold standard of what car salesmanship should look like. It is rare these days that a car salesman LISTENS to you as opposed to just pushing to sign. My wife immediately felt like we belonged and Mr. Scales listened to every question, concern, and request that we brought to the table. You cannot go wrong here and I will be recommending Mr. Scales to anyone shopping for a car!

First time customer here and so happy I chose this dealership with the intention of walking away with a new car. As I walked on the lot towards the front door I was greeted by Albert Espino. A gentleman, informative of his product line and inventory. No pressure what so ever which is refreshing as a seasoned woman. Over time while test driving a few cars we honed my interest to the CRV model. He heard my feedback of each experience of the test drive and instinct fully offered his suggestions. We also got to know each other. He is a seasoned professional having 10 years experience at this dealership alone.
