Not good. It started at appointment making. The gal on the phone was really poor. She yawned as she made appointments. She explained little and scheduled us for two exams an hour from our home. We get to the appointment only to discover that they don’t do both exams at that location. So why make the appointment to begin with? Then why not reach out to reschedule when they know they don’t do the exam there? We actually only were finally informed they would not do the second test when I went to inquire about why we were waiting. They did not even realize it when we checked in? Doesn’t inspire confidence in the quality. Service just doesn’t exist. Where is management in this place. Lots of opportunity to improve.

I have always had Simonmed as my reference and I had never had a bad experience. Everyone was very kind to me, each and every one of those who performed tests and studies on me from the medical team; But the receptionist should remember that her job is part of an institution that is dedicated to health, even though for her it is just a business, she still deals with lives! Many of them with health problems and not shopping, she was a despot, they really should be careful that these people are also educated, it was depressing to talk to her, there were two more people serving and they were being friendly and giving real information to customers not calling them liars, for the rest of them I appreciate that they try to be nice

The front desk reception went above and beyond. I thought my doctors orders were sent to Simon med imaging. However, they were sent to SMIL, which is a different company. The receptionist was able to contact them and get my information transferred over so I would not have to reschedule my MRI. The MRI technician was very professional and had a wonderful singing voice which calms me before my procedure and had a very outgoing personality.
