I came with my elderly mother for her to have an MRI done. The MRI tech was too quick and rushing us. They took us back 30 min. Before our appt. Which is great, so I didn't see the need to rush us. She told us to remove anything with metal and she left us standing in the hallway and walked away. Do we undress in the hallway? She was talking so fast I could barely understand her. When I answered her questions she wouldn't let me finish and would begin to talk over me and ask the next question, so rude! I can't imagine her speaking with an elderly patient. She definitely needs to improve her bedside manner. No name tag either!

Long wait time for an x-ray that took less then 2 minutes. The staff was nice through.

The worst experience. Appointment was at 11:15 and they didn’t take me back until 12:45.The X-Ray technician made me extremely uncomfortable. The front desk was also awful.

They called me 5 minutes before my appointment to cancel it. They rescheduled but with rude attitude. Came early to my rescheduled appointment still had to wait over 2 hours. They don’t have the means to provide services and they are rude about it.

Atrocious front desk staff. When I arrived for my appointment, the door was locked. I knocked, no response. I called the central line and had them call the office. They didn't answer. I finally had the security guard open the door. Finally got in, and I joked with the front desk staff if they had forgotten to unlock the door after lunch. She said "oh it was locked? I guess a patient did that or something." The exact same thing happened the last time I was there too.It kept getting worse. I was coming in for an MRI which was fully covered by insurance. Because of my previous experience with Simonmed I actually proactively called my insurance company a week ahead of time to get approval and confirm that there was a $20 copay, but otherwise it was covered. I explained this to the front desk person, and she said, "oh. Well my screen says it's $520. Do you want to reschedule then?".I had to go outside, call my doctor, and my insurance company to resolve this, and then physically hand my phone to the front desk to allow them to talk to my insurance company. Literally ZERO proactive action from the front desk to help. Also, zero apology for trying to overbill me by $500. Instead I got a grumpy "well are you still going to get your MRI today then?"This it's not the first time this has happened - just the first time I've written about it. If I had any choice, I would go to ANY other imaging company.

Filthy and dirty beyond description. I was very disappointed in Simon they have such a dirty and unkept facility. I have been going to Simon for many years now, and will most likely never go there again after that horrible and dirty experience.
