Very helpful staff, they helped me find the correct size screw which took about 30 minutes of trying different sizes. The young lady was very patient with me while we narrowed down the size! I will return if I am in the area!

really nice people I always love the selection at Pace You can always find things that you can't find anywhere else. it's unfortunate I have to deal with the population that are stealing so don't hear your person there Don't carry backpack and don't get mad at him for it they're just trying to cover their a+% and their bottom line.

Horrible company when it comes to customer service. They screwed up the design of a simple cabinet install and their incompetent guy David won't take responsibility for his mistakes. Send out wrong materials trying to cover up his mistakes and when you try to explain what is going on he gets upset and won't let you speak without cutting me off. Steer clear of them doing your cabinets

My local "go-to" ACE Hardware store. Everyone there is very helpful and if they don't have what you need, they will make suggestions for other locations that will.
