Who ever works here doesn’t know how to welcome a client and no one spoke to me once I got in the store they were in the back laughing. Horrible service so I left the store I’ll go somewhere else!

Have been here to this location a few times and it's always been a great experience. Today the two women helping us were amazing. They went above and beyond assisting us with special-needs sizing, even calling around to other locations to find us what we needed. Thank you!

Excellent store with a good selection. I expected it to be cheaper given it's an outlet; but, overall they are fairly priced for the quality.

I went into the Metro Center location Saturday Feb 22nd around 4:00pm. I was looking for a specific color and style of shoe after searching I found a pair on clearance and decided to buy them the cashier who assisted me was nice and helpful we discovered the shoes were two different sizes. I explained that I looked and couldn't find the matches but I would buy them anyway as it really did not affect me. She ended up getting the manager involved the manager was very rude and unhelpful she barked at me that they could not sell them no explanation, no offer to find them at another location and no further assistance at all. She walked away and the cashier apologized for her. What the manager didn't know is my friend who was with me had 3 pairs of regular priced shoes that after the incident he returned to the shelves and we left. The manager needs to be educated on customer service or promote the young lady who actually did assist me. With so many companies closing and people shopping online I would think this would promote a healthier customer service environment.

First the staff.. a young man name Carlos Danger was very helpful. Second....he was the only one that offered other options for my feet. Third...very professional and respectful. Would gladly return to this location.

Went for a pair of shoes, walked out with 2. I'm not a shoe guy. But found a great deal and a pair on clearance. Wife bought 2 pairs also, because she wanted to.
