I am sensitive to lactose and gluten, yay me! I love their choice of foods, there is a wide selection for people with my conditions. Prices are a little high with a la cart only, and combo choices would be nice. We place orders ahead and you can't always trust the app ready time (15 min is more like 30 min at busy times). I don't dine-in, it is small inside but nice. Overall I would recommend Smashburger, even if you do not have sensitivities to food.Vegetarian options: Sides for vegetarians are fries and brussel sprouts (love the sprouts). They have veggie burgers.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free Udi buns, good choice of alternate toppings instead of cheese like avocado, bacon, fried egg, etc.Parking: Several restaurants in the same retail store strip, it can get busy in the parking lot.

It’s kinda funny how long it took. People waited and asked and left and laughed and swarmed around while we all waited 30-45 mins. It was kinda amazing. I ended up leaving before my order was finished. I think I put it in at 5:30 am it’s now 6:15pm and I’m walking out.

I don't know what it's called but I had a bacon double cheeseburger basically. It was delicious. I have no complaints. And the crispy brussel sprouts were not quite crispy but quite delicious. I only wish there were more of them. There were plenty, I just wish there were more.Vegetarian options: The brussel sprouts for oily, but in a good way. If that makes sense? They were quite good. I am a sucker for brussel sprouts though.Parking: Lots of parking and I was probably there at 4PM on a Saturday. Your mileage may vary.Wheelchair accessibility: I recall that there was good parking, a convenient ramp, but I do not recall if there was an automatic door. Or if the door was double. I just don't recall.

I arrived 20 mins before close I haven't eaten all day and hadnt had a chance to get food I was really looking forward to this meal because I used to work here and haven't had smashburger in a while. Unfortunately the staff tonight decided to turn us away because they wanted to close earlier I work in the same business I know how it goes, but as far as I know with any job I've ever had you close at the designated times not when you want to, and if you do need to close earlier for some reason at least lock the doors so we don't have to waste or time with people who don't want to do their Jobs thx ?

It's too expensive for what you get. 2 burgers and 2 fries was $32. The BBQ bacon burger had 1 drop of BBQ it was very dry.

Not sure what is going on at this location, but the last few times we have been there have not been great. The front person is not happy to be working in food service and lets you know it by her attitude. I was told by a regional manager she is no longer employed there, but no, she is still there. Napkins and condiments used to always be on the table, but last 2 times they are not. Drink machine was down today and she was very non apologet about it. Come on Smashburger, do better!

I usually don't write negative reviews but this place is very disappointing and the staff are not friendly or helpful here. The food itself isn't bad, but the one cashier they have working there is very unpleasant to deal with. We placed a takeout order a week ago and it took awhile for the cashier to make her way to the register to take our order. It was not busy in there at the time, I might add. We accepted the fact that we'd need to wait an extra 15 minutes for the buffalo wings to be cooked, so we did, and well after 15 minutes, our name was called that our takeout order was ready. We briefly checked the bag and it looked like all items were in there, but when we got home, we realized the wings weren't included. I won't mention another unpleasant part of this in-store experience because it's embarrassing and a poor reflection on the cashier. A week later and I'm still waiting to hear back about a refund or store credit for the expensive missing buffalo wings we didn't receive and we've contacted them twice with no response. We will not be returning to this location.

They can't take any customers orders because they are working on a catering order so we drove here to eat their food and a catering order means that the business is shut down to the public. I've never heard of a business refusing to take a customers order because they also have a catering order. Just lock the front doors and shut down to the public at that point. Plus tell your employees at the front to not be rude about it.
