I have been a very satisfied customer of Snap On Optics since 2015, that's when I switched from orascopic.I have seen how the company has grown with a keen emphasis on developing different types of loupes, lights and also shields..I appreciate the one-on-one care especially when Dr Ray himself as dentist takes the measurements in the fabrication of the loupesYou are never going to get such a personable service from any other company.Great products at a reasonable price!!

I have been using Snap On Optics loops and lights for Over the last eight years, I have always been extremely satisfied with the product. But I can’t say enough about the customer service. I have used traditional loops, and a corded light. About two years ago, I started using the ergonomic loop with a cordless light it has changed everything. I have no more neck or shoulder pain and I have a lot less eye strain. And I love not getting caught up in that cord! Ray and his team have always provided top-notch customer service. I love seeing their friendly faces whenever they’re in town at the southwest dental conference in Texas. And I get a quick response anytime I’ve ever needed any warranty for any of my products. I recommend Snap On loops to every dental hygienist I can! It’s a great product very affordable compared to some of the other brands. and by a far better customer service!

I ordered and paid for loupes and 2 sets of lights at sironaworld September 22 (almost 3 months ago). Not only have they not been delivered, getting communication from they're office is like pulling the proverbial teeth. Yesterday they tried to tell me that it takes that long because of the type of lenses I ordered and that made me mad. I told them I needed an exact delivery date in my office and they couldn't provide one. When I tried to cancel the order they told me my contract specified 3 months and they hung up the phone. Later I did see the credit acknowledgement email. They're about as honest as and as reliable as some of politicians. Maybe they'll be on our ballots soon.

I am a local Dentist in Phoenix and on my 2nd pair of loupes in 12 years. They have the best customer service and knowledge. Any issues I’ve had, Ray can get me back to working within a day.

I purchased a pair of loupes as I'm in dental hygiene school right now and have a very strong prescription, Dr. Nguyen made the process super easy and affordable. He was very communicative with me about shipping and delivery times, and had a one-on-one sit down with me when I picked them up to ensure I knew how to use them properly! He has reasonable financing options available and was even able to add in my prescription to the binocular. Thanks again to Dr. Nguyen and the rest of the team!

I first ordered from Snap On Optics in 2015. I have purchased many products from Snap On. I love how lightweight and small the light is, yet it is still very powerful. You can adjust the brightness on it as well. The cord isn’t too long so it doesn’t get in the way. They improved their light cord making it thicker, to help prevent fraying. I had trouble with my old battery and Ray was very helpful in solving my problem. I hope to continue to be a Snap On customer in the future.

I have purchased 8 lights from snap on over the past 10 years. I keep one in each office and gave some to my other doctors. I also like to carry one for my mission work because these lights and battery last for a long time. I will continue to buy more .

I have owned my Snap On Optics light for 10 years and have never had an issue until now. I just ordered a replacement light and can’t wait to use it another 10 years. My coworkers have had issues with the lights and batteries that they purchased through other companies and have commented on the quality of my equipment. I have been very pleased with the batteries and light.

Like lots of reviews, poor material and it’s not durable at all. Cord started to crack within 2-3 years and they are not responsibility at all. There rep sold the light and batteries saying that if cord crack, repair is free of charge but I guess it’s sales tactic and customer service will refuse to help.Don’t waste your money on this product
