Scott and Robert from Soft Touch Moving were excellent—on time, efficient, and professional. This was the first move where I needed to purchase a TV box, so keep that in mind, but overall the service was outstanding. I’d definitely hire them again!

Jose and Robert were excellent movers. They arrived on time and moved everything fast. This is the 2nd time we have used this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

These people are horrible. It’s late night and they are moving after business hours in a residential community, making a ton of noise for about five hours now. I have asked them to stop and return during normal hours. But they keep going. You cannot do this after business hours, late night, in a residential community.

CAUTION! This place scammed us! We were scheduled to move at 6:30AM and no one showed up. We called. We emailed. NO COMMUNICATION. I drove to the address listed on their website (3411 E Corona Avenue, #102 Phoenix, AZ 85040) and it does not belong to them. No signage. It is used by Hana Dispensaries. After no way to get a hold of anyone, we had to move ourselves. This company put us in a real pickle. I cannot imagine if we were not moving locally, had ended our utilities, had work/a place to be, etc. This lack of courtesy and communication is at the responsibility of the owner. DO NOT RELY ON THIS BUSINESS. They took our money and ran. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

Absolutely horrific experience. They were supposed to be here at 6:30am this morning. No one showed up. Now 6 hrs later and no one answers the company phone when I call. My wife drove to their “store” and it doesn't exist. Absolute scam. Stay away!
