Maybe I caught them on an off day, my experience wasn't even close to the reviews I've read. There was absolutely nobody in the store, and 2 associates. I was looking for a specific fit, and was told Soma would be the place to work with me and find something that would work. I told one of the associates what I was looking for and she grabbed me three bras. Then crickets!! I tried on all three and didn't hear from her again. None of her choices were even close to what I requested. When I yelled out for assistance, the other associate did come around and tell me that she was in the restroom(which of course I don't begrudge her for) but didn't ask me how I was doing or if I needed help. At the least, the first associate could have told me she was stepping away and have the other associate look in on me. I specifically went in to Soma looking for an exemplary customer service experience, and what I got, at bare minimum, was equal to service at a big box store.

The quality is good, but Iām wasting money because I canāt find the right size because no where are the size charts listed, so youāre shooting in the dark to hold up panties eyeballing to figure out if the size works. I think I bought too big of sizes and now Iāve worn them so how am I supposed to find out what size? Go in a fitting room with your sweaty body and try it all on? Super uncomfortable, a size chart seems quite appropriate for shopping for panties, no one measures you, no clue what size fits what measurements, just eyeball and guess and if youāre wrong $$$ there goes your money on items that arenāt cheap.

Absolutely no customer service. We walked in to no greeting and I wasnāt sure anyone was working until found the salesperson behind the counter. I asked her to direct me to a particular bra which she did and went back behind the counter. NO help. My daughter and I found the bras we needed hanging up and in the drawers on our own. We bought eight bras between us. Still nothing from the salesperson. My husband actually checked out for us because I didnāt want to deal with her attitude. Iām sorry I had to go into that particular location. Excuse me for bothering you. Will not go there again.

Cheap, garbage quality, wouldnāt recommend ever paying full price. Items either tear after 1 use, I find small holes in the fabric of shirts and the pajamas start piling after a couple
of washes. I asked for an exchange because of a quality issue and they refused because the tags were not on. Well duh who keeps the tags on? I got 1 use out of theseā¦Politely asked for an exchange and then had to listen to the store manager repeat to me over and over again why she wouldnāt do the exchange. I heard her the first 5 times, it was so annoying especially since she felt to do this in front of other customers. Hopefully losing a customer who spends $500+ a year is worth losing over a pair of underwear that probably costs you no more than a $2 to produce if thatā¦

Associate was very pushy to get private information so that they can add it to the database as Chicos had some promotion going on. That should be optional and nobody should be forced to provide personal info if they don't want to. Corporate needs to reinvent there marketing gimmicks. Store itself has a large variety to look from.

When I first entered this store, I didnāt receive any help which is all good because I knew my size and what I needed.However, the store salesperson (an older woman) was extremely annoyed that Iād come in and interrupted her conversation with presumedly her coworker (definitely not a customer). After a few minutes of browsing, she came up to me, acted as though I was a bother, sighed asking āso what is it that you wantā.If she doesnāt want to help me thatās fine, I never asked or intruded her for it, so why approach me just to be so rude? Itās like she was shooing me out so she could continue the conversation I interrupted just by walking into the store.In the end, she didnāt even suggest anything to me, she just took my items to the purchase counter. Thereās other stores in the area where you can buy products providing the same thing, with actual helpful, at the very least not rude, people. I canāt imagine how she acts with someone who needs help with sizing or product choice.

My new favorite place to shop for bras. Sorry VS, but they don't make em like they used to. While I like the company itself, at this particular store the older women working here sometimes seem bothered when someone comes in. I find it easier to shop online, try and then return if needed. Happy with the brand!

This was some of the worst, rudest customer service I've ever received. It almost brought me to tears the way I was treated and I have absolutely no idea why. I was perfectly nice, just trying to find a bra and the entire time the sales associate acted as if I was a criminal or something. So odd, and it was from the moment I walked in. I think she was upset I looked in the drawer for my size and acted like I should have known exactly what I wanted. Maybe it's not allowed but how was I supposed to know that? At one point I thought she was handing me a bra so I took it and she commented that I "snatched it out of her hand" Someone either hates their job or was having a terrible day. But I could not have been kinder. Another reviewer mentioned being treated like a second class citizen and that's exactly what it felt like. Won't be back.

The customer service at this store is amazing. They go out of there way to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and they are generous with coupon codes and specials. Return policy is exceptional. Today I made an exchange to take advantage of a better discount. It was a pain in the neck for the salesperson to do, but they were polite and very helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

No customer service! The 2 Saturday associates were busily chatting together at the counter (no other customers in store); both failed to even acknowledge me! I walked to the back and kept browsing, and they still did not speak to me. RUDE. I went elsewhere for my purchase. This level of non-service is unacceptable.

I went to return some bras I had bought online to the Biltmore Fashion Park store and had no desire to do an exchange. In fact, I even whined about it a little to the saleswomen but Heather, the Manager, asked me if I'd just like to try something on so I did. She was AMAZING!! She brought me at least 10 different bras, explaining the fit of each one, even going upstairs a couple of times to find just the right size for me. I walked out of that store with four bras just under $200 that looked and felt great on me. I usually buy my bras at Target and try them on when I get home. Heather created a lifelong customer by making me feel comfortable and catered to. I truly stepped out of my comfort zone (standing there topless which I have NEVER done!) and she treated me with dignity and care. Something I honestly didn't think I would feel in my current skin. Thank you Heather and thank you SOMA, I will definitely be back!!

Today was my first time in Soma, and I had a great experience. Claudia helped me throughout the whole process. She was very kind and patient with me. I appreciated her input and help with getting the right fit and bras. She deserves a raise! Thank you Claudia and Soma for a great experience!
