Naila and Brianna Did a great job at informing me of everything I needed to know by answering my questions and making me comfortable through the blood drawing process. The lab was clean and all staff were very professional.

The lady that did my wife's lab didn't follow the order that was sent over. She took out double the amount of blood that was supposed to be drown. They told me wife to give them a few days to figure out what happened as of right now we are on day two and they told me wife anther 24 to 48 hours. Take extreme caution here

Signed in - apparently one kiosk was not working. We ALL had to sign on AGAIN. And once again, I did not populate again, and had to sign on a 3RD TIME, which, of
Course, puts me at the bottom of the list. Sitting here 45 min with no one being taken back because they never looked to see that there were 5 sets of people waiting that showed up NOWHERE. Very very unhappy

Horrible place ! Do not come to any of their locations! Their billing department is absolutely horrible and refusing to send my bill to my insurance! Trying to force me to pay $700 when my insurance is happy to pay them but they will not provide the bill to me or my insurance that has the correct billing codes

My daughter has small veins making it difficult for them to draw blood. I had gone to two other Quest locations. The first one it took 5 nurses to finally draw blood (after poking her 4 times). The second place had trouble as well and my daughter got poked 2 times, they then wanted me to wait 45 minutes for another nurse to get off lunch. So, I decided to just leave.
At this location, on my daughters appointment day, two nurses felt around my daughters arm and felt they wouldn't be able to do it, but rather than poke her, they advise me to come back the next day (today) so that a more experienced nurse can do it. So this morning I took my daughter back and we were seen right away, and the nurse was able to drawl blood without any difficulty with just one poke.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Supervisor Jose Fernandez at Sonora Quest for going above and beyond to assist me after hours with my son’s COVID-19 test. I was truly impressed by his determination to help me as quickly as possible, even outside of regular working hours. His dedication, along with the support of the entire staff, made a stressful situation much easier. I can’t thank Jose and the team enough for their excellent service. Great job to everyone involved!

This place is horrible. I came with my two-month-old baby for some tests and the wait was horrible. There is no one at the reception who can give you information. I don't come to this laboratory anymore. Save your time and go further.
