Idk what these other reviews are on about but it seems to be with the company and not this specific location. Jazmin was a kind soul who helped me get through getting my bloodwork done for the first time. Wait was a little long but well worth it.

I BEG YOU PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE TURN AROUND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I had to do a 24 hour urine test, I’ve never done one before but I remember my pcp saying make sure the collection jug isn’t a red/orange color. When I go to pick up my collection jug, the staff lady young fat Asian lady with glasses and dark hair assured me this was the correct one; when I asked for the hat to use to pour it into the jug she was holding back laughter telling me I can’t use that and to urinate directly into the jug. I got a phone call today from the lab a week later since I submitted it saying I was given the wrong jug. Shocker since I verified it was the correct one with the worker. She said the manager would be in touch with me before the end of the day. It’s now the end of the day I’ve tried calling the manager and haven’t gotten through. Please I beg of you go somewhere where the workers are competent.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from Sonora Quest Laboratories after 20 years of being a loyal customer. Recently, I was sent to collections without any prior communication or explanation regarding an unexpected charge on my account.
This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for long-time clients who have consistently used their services. It feels like they don’t value their customers at all.
I urge anyone considering Sonora Quest Laboratories to think twice. Poor customer service and lack of transparency are red flags that should not be ignored.

Do not go here. They do not submit claims to your insurance - but ask you for your insurance card with your paperwork. Because they were too lazy to run my insurance I now have $1400 balance for BLOODWORK and had to do THEIR job and submit my own claim to insurance. Which should have been done 6 months ago.

I made an appointment for my son,thought that I had made the confirmation on their website. Went in 30 minutes before our actual appointment. The front desk guy told me that it's not on their system, and that I should have the bar code for confirmation.I ask him if we could just get the works done since we're in there,thinking I made our appointment for the day and time.He said appointments only.Minutes later,I ask if he could just make an appointment for us just to make sure. Instead of doing that,he told me to go to Mc Dowell since they accept walk-in which far from us, and he gave me phone number to call for appointment. So I was not happy of how the service here.And maybe pls fix your website. Never again.

Arrived early in the morning without an appointment for routine bloodwork hoping to be squeezed in. Not a patient in sight but several employees sitting around chatting. They said they have no openings until the following week and didn’t even offer to schedule me just referred me to a location 5 miles away. Not very efficient or helpful.

Get fairly simple blood work on Monday. Spend Thurs & Friday getting my phone call transferred all over the place to find out the status. Finally get a hold of someone Friday and they tell me they didn't collect the right sample for my test and that I need to come back in. No one ever called me, I had to call them to find this out. Very frustrating, will use Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp going forward.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and they squeezed me in an hour before my scheduled appointment. The phlebotomist was so friendly and funny and she made the experience easier. She was super efficient and I literally didn't feel a thing. She took 3 or 4 vials so I was there for a few minutes. The wait was fine and the space is in a convenient location. It's small so if you arrive and there are quite a few people, be patient they are great and will take care of you.
