Rude front staff. And they are currently refusing pre-booked and pre-paid appointments. Zero patients in waiting room. Staff sitting on phones. Unbelievable.

Always a crowd but really fast wait. Had an appointment for blood work, waited about 15 minutes. Was not bad at all. TV there for entertainment. Staff very very friendly. In and out like professionals.

As a walk in
The wait was not bad at all and nurse Flor was such a delight. Everywhere else I've went to get blood work they poke me 2 to 3 times and she got it on the first try🙌

No front desk person. Need a special number to call to schedule. You are not a person to them just a payment.

Called to find out if my lab results have been sent to my doctor. Gave up after 12 minutes. Place is a joke.

I've been on hold for 25 mins when your automated system estimated 7 minutes. Business owners, don't be greedy and hire enough people to provide good customer service. Some of us would rather deal with humans than robots. I'll likely be going somewhere else.

Got in and out in 20 minutes even with portal down. Everyone was nice and efficient. Clean environment. Very busy! Get there early!

This is the only Sonora Labs I’ve been coming to since I started getting blood work and all my experiences have been great except for once. I was getting my blood drawn and was about to faint, doctor didn’t stop to take the needle out just continued with the procedure.

I was very pleased with my walk-in visit to the 19th Ave and Camelback location. I needed to drop off a 24-hour urine test and get additional labs done. They required the original requisition form for my urine test, which I only had a digital copy of in my email. The admin offered to have me airdrop it from my iPhone to their local phone, and the process went smoothly from there. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to bring a copy of your requisition when going for labs. Since I visited on a Saturday, I wouldn’t have been able to call my doctor’s office for one, which could have delayed things. Even though it was a walk-in at 7:30 AM, I was called in for my lab draw within 10 minutes. The assistant who drew my blood was quick and painless, and I was out by 8 AM. The staff was so pleasant throughout the whole experience.

There has been a billing mistake where they did not contact with my insurance and billed me. My doctor is unable to contact them, I am unable to contact them . I have called their customer support to resolve the issue, nobody answers. They keep saying call this number which nobody picks up. They put my bill to collection Horrible customer support.

No front office help, you check yourself in now so make sure you make an appt online, long waiting times even with appt and coming in early
