I am here now with an appointment and proof of a confirmation of my appointment but it’s “not showing” on their end so now I have to wait with 4 people in front of me pushing my schedule back making me miss other appointments. The gentleman with a man-bin at the desk lack comprehension to say the least.

I went to Sonora Quest for a blood draw and had a great experience. I arrived around 8:10 a.m. and was seen within five minutes. The check-in process on the kiosk was quick and easy, and my phlebotomist was fast, efficient, and professional. The facility is conveniently located on the first floor, and there’s both a large parking lot and a parking garage available (though it was fairly full even at 8 a.m.). Overall, a smooth and efficient visit, highly recommend this location!

I was here a couple weeks ago, had an appointment and still waited for quite awhile. I need bloodwork again today, I have an appointment at 8:30 am, but see they open at 6 am, I will take my chances and go in early. Hope the experience is faster. I had no issues with them drawing blood, fast and painless.

We are visiting from out of town and had the best experience in getting my wife’s lab work done this morning. We walked in and out within 30mins, without an appointment. The staff was great especially Luz who was very friendly and skilled. Great job!

Don't know how they are running this place with these employees. No proper knowledge and not ready to listen and understand.
No one is ready to help.
Especially, one very tall lady and another lady, which i took her picture.
Finally, JARED HELPED ME. I am thankful to him.
I want to do my blood work fasting.
I was there from 11:30, which was already too late. I finished my blood work at 2:30 PM.

If I could i would give negative stars. The phlebotomist here are highly unskilled and unprofessional.
I have never had issues with blood draw in my life but the phlebotomists here weren't even able to locate my veins. The first phlebotomist wasn't able to locate my vein at all but still she poked a needle in my arm. After unsuccessful attempt she called another one. After that they both started chatting while trying to draw my blood. The second one was worse. Poked me on my other arm and kept moving the needle while it was still under my skin. I had to ask her assertively to stop. This left a bruise on my arm. Then she tried to poke my right arm again and still no blood. After that I had to point out the obvious vein running down my right arm to tell her where to draw blood from. And while doing all this the two kept chatting and discussing their Saturday schedule and weekend plans. Had they paid attention to the task on hand, they would have not missed the obvious vein they could draw blood from and didn't have to poke both my arms three times.
In top of all this they forgot to draw blood for few other tests. So now I have to go again for the blood draw somewhere else.
This was such a waste of my time.

Great experience. The phlebotomist was so gentle with the blood drawing I didn't feel any pain. I think her name was charlamaing; regardless she was incredible

Tried to make appointment on their website, but it showed no openings before 1pm. Called and made an appointment over the phone on 1/13. When I arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule,bi was informed I had no appointment and would have to be seen as a walk-in. 50 minutes later, I'm still waiting. Sonora Quest doesn't deserve your business.. Go somewhere else.

The incompetence here is mind boggling. I called ahead of time and asked if a list of specific tests can be done for private purposes (not ordered by doctor) as a walk in, they told me yes and even gave me a total of $157. I show up, all of a sudden the tests I need are only available if a doctor sends an order. They are super rude and absolutely awful. I see why their reviews are so low. Don't waste your time or money here.

I was in there room for a total of 5 minutes went in signed in and sat for 2 minutes went back and had my blood drawn within 3 awesome experience

I must be honest: I dreaded coming to this lab to get my blood work done when my insurance changed recently. Past experiences have not been good with either my son or me. As you can see, I left a review seven years ago and have not been back, but I went there today, and it was truly impressive. Stephanie was incredible. She entered all of my insurance and identification in the system while I sat in the room with her. She was super friendly and got my vein on the first try. They have gained enough practice through the years because they're good at their work. It was painless and straightforward, and I was impressed. It was only suitable to update the review; I guess they have gotten enough practice through the years because they're good at what they do
