Great experience today - both staff members were friendly and professional. I was seen right at my appointment time. Jill did an awesome blood draw (thank you, Jill!) Location is super convenient…will absolutely come here again.

The first time I came they couldn’t find the order my doctor sent so I rescheduled and picked up written order from doctor and that time they said I didn’t have an appointment! It’s the most convenient location for me but its probably not worth the trouble. Ill find another lab next time!

I have been grinning and bearing it for the sake of convenience going to this location but won't do it anymore. They're disorganized, it's not the cleanest place, several times I ended up with a huge bruise, and twice I've come out with blood dripping down my arm.
The last straw - My doctor ordered a list of tests, but Sonora Quest didn't draw the blood needed for all of the tests. I had a feeling there was going to be an issue when the tech and the front desk clerk were confusedly looking back and forth at the screen and the printed vial labels. I called them when I didn't get all of the results, and they denied receiving the request altogether (even though I had already received some of the results!). I asked my doctor to send a separate request for the tests that were missed. I went to my blood draw appt, and they claimed they hadn't received that order either. My doctor sent me confirmation that they had.
Go to a different location. Incompetence and untruthfulness are a dangerous combination when it comes to your health.

Made an appointment to pull blood, was seen immediately. I really enjoyed the gentle care and service of Neida. She is very nice and gentle when pulling blood.

This Sonora Quest is located in the back of a Safeway BUT worth a go if your insurance is approved. Neida drew my blood gently and she’s so nice! Genuinely, phlebotomist Neida, is amazing and worth scheduling at this location. Other people checking you in may be a bit mean but Neida is so incredibly professional and polite. She will make you feel safe and taken care of. Worth it! Schedule your labs here!
