We came and toured Spectra while looking for an apartment for a move to Phoenix because of a new job. Haven was the best! She was so knowledgeable and showed us everything we wanted to see. After we applied, she helped us get our application in and ultimately get approved! She is so sweet and we feel like we have had someone in our corner through the entire process. Looking forward to moving in!

Despite the strange communication I've had with the team, their work ethic to make things right is fantastic. Today, I had my water heater replaced by Iman, Benni, and Miguel. They did a fantastic job, despite the difficulties they had to face while replacing the device. I highly recommend their services because they always deliver.

Went to tour an apartment with my mom on Saturday and Haven was the absolute BEST agent to take us. She was hilarious with her answers that we had questions to and overall 10 out of 10 experience and would definitely 1000% recommend.

I went to find an apt here about a month ago but it was out of our price range. Haven stayed in contact with me and reached out last week to let me know they had one in my price range and date range. We went in for a tour today and she showed all of the amenities and the apartment. It was a very nice complex and I recommend taking a look.

We have been her almost 7 years. Definately home. The price however has almost doubled what the rent was when we moved in. They shut off the heated pool too early this year and can't seem to get the sand out of the Hot tub. But..... This has been a great experience. Hoping to stay.

I’ve lived here since November, this place is by far the worst community I’ve lived at thus far. First, you have to pay monthly for amenities and a trash pickup service, I’ve never had to do any of that while renting a unit. The community lies, plain and simple, is 100% NOT a smoke free community, I’ve attached a photo, I’ve brought this matter up several times and always get told to take a photo, or get this, to pick a time at night where I can walk around the complex with management to see what areas are smoking marijuana and cigarettes. I’ve also had to contact management about loud music and hearing music through my walls, they say at this point the resident claims it’s not her, this is being said to me even with video evidence. If you’re a professional, this place isn’t for you, trash and dog feces throughout community, loud music, and a management staff that can handle issues. This place is disgusting, don’t make the same mistake I did, rent elsewhere.
