It won't let me sign in or put my password in on the login in screen. This is the place that my vet recommended.

The testing is probably accurate, but I did not see any improvement and gave them for a year. So disappointed.

BEWARE.....Please think twice before using this place. I trusted my vet with this place. Got results back. Was told he had no allergies. Had to retest again. Made no sense. After 2nd trst, they said some things popped up but not enough to do allergy drops. Retest again. No thank you. They won't talk to you. Thank God I went with my gut feeling. Had my dog retested with a credible place. He didn't have any allergies this place said he had. He is on the right path now.

A couple of days ago I left a poor review regarding my dogs lack of response to the allergy shots. I also wrote to the company’s Vet who quickly responded to my email with many suggestions. She cc’d my Vet on the email as well. I will follow her advice and hopefully get some relief.

Worthless. I spent $1000 only to be told my dog wasn’t allergic to anything. Really? Explain the runny eyes and itchy skin when she eats chicken (which they claimed she had no reaction to ?). Absolute baloney. Don’t waste your money. It’s all rubbish, as my Polish grandmother would say.

My flat coated retriever had horrible allergies, terrible skin rashes that made him very comfortable. We tried all different kinds of foods and he was on and off Apoquel for the first 18 months of his life. My vet recommended Nextmune. They tested him and found out he was basically "bubble boy" - allergic to all kinds of grass, trees and various grains. We ran the first set of treatments and now he is on his second round of maintenance. He has not has a single outbreak since we started and we are now 18 months in. Yes, it wasn't cheap (the first round with all the testing was $700) but the maintenance at $250 for 6 months is not much more expensive than vet visits and meds for repeated outbreaks and in any case those things only happen AFTER the animal has experienced an uncomfortable outbreak.I do know that this is what is preventing his outbreaks because (my bad) I recently forgot a dose and within a week he was itching and biting at himself again. For those who are saying it didn't work - the documentation clearly states that it may NOT work and that if it doesn't they will work with you to refine the formula. All I can say is for me (and my dog Micheal) this has been an absolute miracle "cure".

Went through the entire treatment with our horse. 50 shots 283 days. Did absolutely nothing , well maybe worsened the condition which at least made me think it isn’t just water. These shots aren’t approved by the fda and does not have to be as long as they don’t harm a pet. I believe this company is just a con. Spent close to $1,000. Horse is worse than ever.

Changing criteria threshold when my dog CLEARLY has allergies. Take my hundreds of dollars and then tell me there's nothing wrong with him. A COMPLETE SCAM! I'll go back to Varl.

My cat has severe food allergies that I couldn’t figure out. He was on and off steroids for years and dealing with rodent ulcers on his lip and swollen, itchy feet that he would constantly lick at. His feet would be so swollen and sore, he would limp. Steroids always worked but once they wore off, his symptoms would return. I figured out that tuna was an issue for him but beyond that I couldn’t narrow down anymore ingredients. Finally I asked his vet if we could do a food allergy test. I knew it might not be 100% reliable but I wanted to try anyway because I didn’t want him on steroids for life. Well, this test was a game changer! Based on his results, his allergens are flax, corn, soy, rice, oats, tomato and rabbit, with barley also being quite high. So I removed all the allergens and it was a success!! He’s been off steroids for 2 years now and no more allergic reactions as long as I avoid his allergens. After years and years of food trials and meds, he’s doing well and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you NextMune for finally giving my cat some relief. :)

I had a lot of hope doing the testing and shots with my dogs, but I wish I hadn't spent the money. One of my dogs got considerably worse with the first round of injections. Vets ordered to stop the injections and they contacted Nextmune for next steps. We gave him even smaller doses per Nextmune and he still had terrible reactions so we stopped. Waste of money that I really didn't have to spend but trying to do right by my pets. My other dog was put through the 9 months of shots with no change whatsoever.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I cannot believe my vet goes to these people. Now I see why my experience has been what a complete LIE and runaround. They charge crazy prices, lie about timelines and then NEVER deliver the results. They are thieves and should not be allowed to operate a business.

I wrote a lengthy response why the 1 * and Google lost it so, recapping; just very disappointed as a customer seeing my animal walking about looking like raw freshly ground hamburger weeping juices mixed with fur and scabs, blisters. It's it supposed to "work" like this??

All I can say is thank GOD for Apoquel and Cytopoint! We used to love this company and used them for over a decade, but the customer service and technical support has become toxic and/or nonexistent. Judging by other reviews, I'm not alone in thinking this.Today was the last straw. I asked for technical support and got put on hold for 20 minutes. When I get someone on the phone, they're rude and dismissive. Then they tried to blame the pet owner and actually hung up on me! It's like no one over there knows what they're doing anymore. They don't have a vet on staff either, so don't bother asking. For the cases that can't be controlled with Apoquel or Cytopoint, we'll be using VARL or Heska. So long, Spectrum or Nextmune, or whatever you call yourself.I also really want to know why their logo is a maxi pad. I had at least 4 clients ask me that over the last few years.
