My son and husband recently had their hair cut by Jupitr at this location instead of our normal Chandler one. I was SHOCKED and almost in tears when I saw their haircuts upon arriving home. Jupitr absolutely destroyed my 4 year old boys hair. My husband told her that he's starting preschool in a few days, and she gave him literal BALD patches and cut the front of his hair in such a crooked line that I can't even style it. This was supposed to be such a happy time. My husband had his hair cut so short on the top that he has a huge balding spot himself! I second the comment about her being racist, and I can't even begin to fathom her attitude because my husband is literally the sweetest, not confrontational person in the world. My son loves all the ladies who cut his hair. She honestly has NO business cutting hair and should be held responsible for the damages she's caused. I will be calling to follow up with my review. So disappointing ?

I've never been so attacked in a visit to get a haircut in my life. Their new stylist is clearly racist and to have to experience this 1st hand was abysmal. You should never have hired someone that would treat your customers with such disrespect. From the moment she saw who I was she wanted nothing to do with me and made that clear by not asking if I wanted MVP. Then decided to call me out in front of a crowd for a medical condition with my scalp that just shows up as redness due to being allergic to most haircare products... I hope Sportsclips makes this right but as of right now I'll never go back to this location and ive been getting my haircut here for almost 3 years now. Juptr is a racist stylist and the other stylists were clearly uncomfortable with her demeanor. Pathetic that this was allowed to happen to me today.

Josie, did a great job of styling my hair.
Hair type: White Hair, which turns stiffer then normal. So it's always been difficult to get the right taper because I like my top to be reasonably long.
Stylist: Josie did a great job in styling my white 80 year old hair. She spent a good share of time in tapering to enable my top to be reasonably long. She suggested I use Tea Tree Special hair and body Moisturizer because my scalp would be dry and itchy.

Your stylists are very knowledgeable and always give the best (and most accurate for my needs) advice, while being respectful and professional at all times. I almost never have issue striking up conversation, and it always seems to be about something that really holds my interest. Almost like "talking with one of the guys". Plus even though inflation is an annoyance for everyone, I do feel that you still get the most for your money at sport clips. Thanks to Destiny and Jose over at the Chandler and 48th st. store, they are my favorite. I've actually never had anyone cut my hair better than those two young women. Thank you guys!

Great experience and they fixed my bad haircut from another location. I have had two cuts at this location and both were great clean cuts and they asked me questions throughout to make sure the cut would turn out how I wanted. I will only be getting my hair cut at this location going forward even though there are two others closer to me. Shout out to Arica and Asani, thank you!
