Came here for the first time today and it did not go as I anticipated. My stylist was Nicole. When asked what I wanted to get done I told her just a trim. Once she started cutting my hair it was complete silence the entire time. Every other stylist was having conversations with their clients. Never felt so uncomfortable. Honestly I wanted to get up from my chair and leave. On top of that my hair did not come out the way I wanted. Waste of time and money. Definitely won't be coming back!

I was a walk in, the stylist that did my hair was actully done for the day but saw me waiting and chose to take care of me. She was enjoyable to talk with snd she fid a fantastic job. I will be a return customer and request Desiree every time!!
Requested style: High & tight fade, had a shampoo and warm face towel all under $25. Great experience!!

boyfriend went in for a haircut and they BUTCHERED the back of his neck letting him walk out bleeding and in pain. I called and demanded a refund and thankfully we were given one. EMBARRASSING that he was able to walk out of that store looking like that and one of the ladies doing his hair didn't offer some form of discount. save your time and money and go to an actual barber shop. EDIT: and yes I FELT the need to call and leave a review. thank you for the email and the free MVP haircut but he doesn't need it because he won't be returning

Waste of time. Waited 30 minutes to get my son a hair cut. Just for them to give his seat away. Go to barber bros instead. I'd give zero stars if it would let me.
