Good selection of camping merchandise to choose from. The staff is so helpful and super knowledgeable about their stock as well. Fun place to get gifts for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. If you hunt this also looks like a great place to find all you would need.

Do not take advice from the gun counter. They directed me to a hand gun. After purchasing the gun, i tried to by amo. I found out they hadn't had bullets for the gun i just bought for weeks, they told me i should try Az amo. Az amo didn't have any either.Sportsman will take the gun back at 80 percent of the purchase price 1 day later and clearly has not been shot.Beware...I now hate Sportsman WarehouseInstead of apologizing for my bad experience. You could have offered to take the gun back.I have bought another gun from az amo to replace the one I got from Sportsman .So I have a new 30 super carry for sales. Unfortunately, I don't have nor does anyone have bullets for it..Keep your apologies, Sportsman

On 12/15/23, I bought and paid for 2 safes online. I called C.S. early the following week to let them know I had Vertigo and most likely wouldn't pick safes up that week. C.S. told me , "no problem, you have 17 days once your order was confirmed." On 12/22, I received a call from Jesus,dock manager to confirm I ordered 2 safes. I told him I definitely did, and the only reason I haven't been in was due to Vertigo. Jesus replied," No worries, you have 17 days from your e mail from us, letting you know the safes were ready for pick up. Feel better. Your safes will be here whenever you come to pick them up. I was just confirming you ordered 2." On 12/30, arrived at S.W. at opening with a neighbor to pick them up. I checked in at C.S. and showed a young lady the bar codes for both safes. She pointed to a young man who had been listening to our conversation, stating, "he works out back." When I asked him if he was Jesus, he replied No Jesse, but Jesus told me all about your order. " Just pull around back when you're ready. Shortly thereafter, we pulled around back as Jesse appeared at the door and another young man who introduced himself as Jaden, the acting manager for the day. Jesse stated he had some "bad news." Someone in the hunting department sold one of your safes! While I was stunned, I remained polite and respectful. I asked them how a safe that not only was bought and paid for but had been confirmed by Jesus, the Dock manager, a week earlier your safes will be here ready when you get here. I could tell they seemed as surprised as I was! I told them I wasn't blaming them but wasn't happy! Since they didn't have another in stock, I told Jesse, "No problem. What will you do. Just contact .e when another safe comes in?" I was told it was company policy to refund the safe and refer me to customer service, explain to them what happened and re order. I responded by reminding them that both safes were on sale for $100 off, plus I had a 15% off discount! Both Jesse and Jaden assured me that regardless of what C.S. tells me, the store will honor the price you paid. Jaden spoke with me on the side telling me I had every reason to be upset, he would be too but he had already spoken with the store manager and was already working on determining who sold my safe. They loaded the safe, and once home, I e mailed the store manager with a brief description asking for his proposal to resolve the situation. This was following contacting C.S. advised me I would have to pay "full price" online with a "promise" from them to issue me a check for the difference only after I picked up my second safe! As of today, I'm still waiting for a response from the store manager, Nathan. Last week, I attempted to contact Corporate, leaving my number, and no response! What Business model holds onto customers' funds 14 days, resells their bought and paid for merchandise, and then Doesn't go out of it's way to make the customer whole? (If I were the store manager, I would have apologized to the customer, located the safe from a local store, or ordered another, then delivered to the customer for the price he originally paid) BUYERS BEWARE : Take your business to Cabela's or Bass Pro Shop. If you must shop S.W.., avoid the 27th Street location. Jaden, the acting manager that day, seemed like the only employee looking at things from the customer's perspective!

Spent $2,500 on a firearm. While I was waiting for background check to clear picked up a couple kevlar dog toys for my dog. Got home, realized dog toys weren't in my bag. Called the store their response was "sorry, we don't see them in the back". Spend 2500 on a firearm to get burnt on $40 worth of dog toys.EDIT. I got a call back they found them

Love sportsman's warehouse, their in store sales are great. I picked up a $100 cooler for $20. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend you stop in and check it out.

Bruce in Archery was amazing! I'd give 10 stars for his customer service, his knowledge and his passion for the craft. It's so hard to find someone who has the passion and dedication and willingness to help like he does. Take good care of him he's an absolute rarity in the business especially retail.

Worst customer service. Everyone wants to pass the buck to someone else. Simple item number lookup turned 37 minutes of on hold and hangups. The 3 people who did answer wouldn't be bothered to just look up item number.
