Interesting that in reading through the reviews, the manager's name Mike Mitchell is frequently mentioned not in a complimentary way. I also, had issues with him. I contacted the corporate office and they were non-responsive.
I've used this location for years have always received excellent service. I have a discount card that has always been honored and saved me lots of money. I use it at this location and the PV location without issue. M. Mitchell was too lazy to enter the required numbers to have it honored on my recent visit. Additionally, IF, which is unlikely, it is no longer honored at this location, as the manager he could have offered an override. I will not be going to this location any longer due to the lazy manager-Mike Mitchell. He doesn't seem to know what customer service is.

I frequently stop at this location. But I probably won’t be going anymore to ship out my items after my experience with the Amazon returns staff member named Tim. Tim is an older gentleman with Gray hair and some really really dirty jeans. According to Amazon, I am able based off of the selection offered and chosen by me, to drop off my product opened as is without a box, but for whatever reason when I dropped off my under desk keyboard device, it was put together and two equal pieces with a few screws that held it together. I returned everything as is and did not take it apart. He proceeded to smack his lips and moan about how he was unable to ship the item the way it was. At this point, I opened up the Ziploc baggie with the screws and Allen wrench it came with that I used to put it together and disassemble that while I moved my stuff over to the other empty desk mind you at this time there was absolutely no customers next for him to attend. I disassemble it and put it back in the box and give it to him. A customer gets in line after me. prior to him complaining about the assembled product he scanned my phone, but he proceeded to make me stand there and wait as he smack things around and complained that I didn’t have the item opened. I told him I was in a bit of a rush and he looked at me as if I told him God isn’t real. He then proceeded to criticize me about the customers in line after him that he needs to attend to. I looked around and said what customers this young lady behind me just walked up and she nodded her head. I told him please just give me my receipt so I can go. There’s much more serious things to worry about Tim relax. And left,
I’m not sure what’s up with Tim, but someone needs to have a conversation with him because there’s no reason to talk to customers like that as we show up prepared based off of what your third-party vendor offers.

Took them an hour to print 8 regular documents and they still charged me an *express fee*. Customer service is nonexistent and wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy

Real bad service. The guy in the printing area kept helping other customers and skipping right over me. The workers there are not very welcoming and won’t even acknowledge you. Won’t be going back. Do better.

Tim at the printing shop is an amazing individual. He not only communicated exactly what we needed to do in order to get the prints done for same day he was transparent in the process. He was professional and thorough. He arrived early to the store just because we were in the area and lo and behold Tim had our printing job already completed. He put his final finesse in touch on it by trimming it up making it an absolutely stunning sport we'll be going to Tim at Staples on Osborn.

A young lady with long dark hair and glasses was very rude and disrespectful at the print area.I actually and not helpful.I actually had to drive To another location to get my printing needs taken care of.

Horrible experience with rude associate (Johnny), misleading description on website for ink compatibility. Shop at your own risk, they do not help you, but stand behind the counter and talk to each other, would not point out where I might find the ink cartridges (finally found when saw the big hanging sign). Very POOR customer service, will go anywhere else to get my supplies.

I like the new Rewards System, but still ask that it be made EASIER and simplified to use. Please allow ALL store products to be included to both EARN and SPEND rewards - without exclusions. Thank you.

Not only did the cashier answer my questions, but sent an associate to bring up the item that I needed (since it wasn't on the shelf).
