Here for TSA pre check. It’s supposed to take 5 minutes but has taken forty minutes and there is no end in sight. Ask the manager about it and “it’s not our problem”. Super great service. Not.

Printing services 10/10Went 01/04 (around 4-5pm) young with glasses was extremely patient and understanding. Needed to print my files from CANVA and they were distorted, i was hangry, tired, and in a rush…She walked me through the steps and made sure my needs were met. Sincerely…thank you

I made an appointment to get my TSA precheck application verified at this location. I showed up a few minutes early of the appointed time and the person at the counter said, "we're not doing them today." "I made an appointment... for today...." His response was that there system was down. Things happen, but a call cancelling the appointment is the minimum you should expect.

Once a year, I visit Staples to pick up a day planner. It's always a mundane trip. But visiting Staples with my six-year-old daughter recently made me appreciate the store. There are toys, games, different color markers and Post-It notes, and more. She ran down every aisle with so much joy and glee. It made me see Staples as a magical wonderland. To top it all off, the worker who checked us out at the end was so kind and funny!

I had to go twice that day and both times I was greeted with a smile and I wish could remember the gentleman name that eagerly helped me both times. I had not been to Staples in many years, but I was very impressed and will get all my business items from here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! DO NOT UTILIZE THIS STORE FOR PRINTING!! the WORST customer service EVER in my history of working with Staples across the country. I did not have the pleasure of meeting this person in person. It may have made more sense, but I feel the GM is very discriminatory towards women. I was denied services for no justifiable reason, and was told it was a regional AZ protocol that they cannot take print requests over the phone. However, that is not true. If the customer explains there are issues they are indeed ALLOWED to take requests over the phone, they just cannot process payment over the phone, which is fine and totally agreeable. Not only was i denied the service, i called corporate to place the order over the phone and have it sent to the store, they indeed told me that it was allowed, and did not understand why I was denied. Corporate called the store and the GM told them i was demanding for the email... WHAT??? not once was there any disrespect or anything to say something like that, nor any demand for the email. I stated exactly what i stated to corporate and even asked them if what i said was demanding, they said no and advised that i file a complaint because it was truly odd. I had simply stated that i had processed this way at 3 other locations over the country with no issue and just wanted to have it done the same with them (which mind you is EXACTLY what corporate did on my behalf). I called the store shortly after and was placed on hold for 10 mins just to get the GM's name - MIKE MITCHELL, and was then hung up on. I called the next day and spoke with Mike who told me, i asked to explain how i was being demanding, he then stated "i cannot state what corporate told you, what if i didnt even say that to them, you need to finish the conversation with corporate, i am not speaking to you" and hung up on me... WHAT? mind you I've never met this person and i am baffled that Staples have this kind of customer service at their store. And to be called demanding.. please explain to me how saying " ive done this request at 3 other locations including the flagship location, Can i send the email to you to continue the process"... please tell me how that statement is demanding?? And if it was, your sole purpose while working in customer service is to take orders, which in the Merriam Dictionary, is a demand. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION AS LONG AS MIKE MITCHELL IS THE GM. You will be denied service and then lied about. STAPLES do better! This is not a great representation of your company. His entire team will need to be retrained in customer service before the new GM starts!Also add that he called other stores to let them know i was calling to place an order.. 1 store said - it was their safety concern not to take orders over the phone. after that attempt i called corporate and they were shocked by the responses i was receiving.. wanna know what i was printing - A volunteer banner for our sites in each 6 region... VOLUNTEER BANNER!!!
