I wouldn’t recommend any printing services at the Camelback Colonnade location. They printed my first order on the wrong paper. I gave it a 2nd chance & had the employee write down what I needed (paper, sizes & release codes), I received a call several hours later from the associate who had messed up my 1st order asking if I could provide the release codes again. I asked him what he did with the paper where he wrote down my order & he said “Why are you asking me where the paper is, I just need the release codes again.” I explained to him that I needed different sizes for the different posters & I wanted him to confirm he could tell me what sizes went with each order as I didn’t want my 2nd order to be incorrect like my 1st was. He started raising his voice & talking over me. I ended up having to involve a manager that looked no older than 18 years old. I got a refund & will not be back to this Staples. I went to FedEx on Central & they were able to complete my order same day, without issue & it ended up being slightly cheaper.

Made TSA precheck appt for 70 minutes ago. Still in line waiting & now theyre going to go to lunch for 30 minutes.

They are not all on the same page in the printing facility. I had to go up there three times to fulfill my order its just been a long and upsetting process save yourself the hassle! Yesterday I was also told he couldnt fix the order same day just ti mess it up and then I was able to do same day for the redo? Very confusing, but I see this is how staples run there business

The staff at this store were amazing! They offered assistance right away. They helped me choose the right product for my needs. I almost purchased the wrong printer ink but they showed me how to look up past purchases. They even showed me that I could save money by purchasing online because of the deal found online. Printer ink was 50% off online. In today’s world it’s nice to have honest people.

This Staples is great!!!! I have a small business and print things all the time. The service is always is always amazing. Lillian in the print absolutely GREAT She goes the extra mile… I spend a lot of time at Staples print shop and this one is by far the best service in the valley!! I go out of my way to come to this location. Great job whoever is managing this location. Y’all make my stressful day a little bit easier!!!

Upon entering the store I was greeted by one of the associates. As I had a question I was able to get the help I needed immediately from an associate who directed me to the Rewards program. As I do some purchasing from time to time for my employer I decided to download the app and sign up for the rewards. All in all my time spent here was very productive.

Shout out to all of the Staples sales team for always making my visit super helpFULL?. Y'all consistently exemplify how an Old$ business should communicate to its customers. We had Lillian help us our labels to be printed and she was the best good customer service skills and I felt like she really cared better than the customer service at the Osborne location by far give her a raise
