Came to the store looking for a new laptop. Associate came directly to me when I stopped to browse and assisted me. He was able to offer other services to help complete my purchase. Other Associates seemed friendly as I left to pleasantries. I have been a customer since 2021 at this location. Got this HP Omnibook 5 at a great price.

Staples staff are courteous and very helpful. The store is kept very clean and items are easy to find.

It’s generally a good place very good customer service but definitely a five star customer service on the 2 working named Mathew and the lady who is at cashier I quite didn’t get her name but they should get a raise although they are young they are very nice and understanding and after I called and got in the store, they helped me immediately they also greeted me when I walked in with a smile even though they are young. They are very hard workers. Thank you for your support Matthew and the cashier?

Lord help you if you come to this store expecting assistance. I saw a deal on Door Dash for $20 off Switch games. I asked the guy on register if he wouldn't mind price checking the game. Instead, he proceeds to question where I saw the deal and then direct me to download the app. Upon doing so I needed help trying to navigate it. He barely looks up and has already disengaged from the conversation. Clearly he wasn't going to help me so I left. I won't be returning to this location. There used to be some nice employees working here but I guess they all left.
