The Staples Store at Norterra has the best employees! Super helpful and knowledgeable about the store and products. The print center has saved me numerous times! they are really a great store and employees.

Recently stopped there and had an issue in Print services with a blonde girl believing her name is Rowan to what the other employee said very unprofessional made us uncomfortable just wanted to print some pictures . Do better !

So glad I went into the store. They had a great deal on a clearance laptop. Almost exactly what I was looking for. For the price they were offering it I can live without the backlit keyboard or buy one and plug it in.

Please change your store time it says 9pm close but when I visit to store it says 8pm

Do not go here if you want something specialty printed. I usually just need 1 flyer that’s one page to put in a frame in my office and I have gone here a couple times for this. One of the times they guy behind the counter at the printer center told me to go online. They website is so difficult to navigate and there is a reason why I came in store to the print center. The next time I came, there was a girl behind the counter but she couldn’t print off one sheet with the glossary paper and told me to use the regular printer and that I had to go online and wait 24 hours for 1 copy of a flyer on glossy paper. Staples what is the point of having a print center with humans working behind the counter if you can’t print even 1 sheet of paper. I am will NOT return and will now go around the corner to Alpha graphics.
