Starbucks delivers the usual experience you'd expect. The drinks are consistently great, but the service and atmosphere are just okay. It's a far cry from the quiet, unassuming coffee shop it once was. The corporatization has diminished the ability to truly engage with your barista. While it's convenient for a quick caffeine fix, it lacks the charm of smaller, independent cafes where personal connections are valued. Additionally, despite offering free WiFi, the hustle and bustle often lead to more distractions than a conducive environment for productivity. If you're looking for a place to focus and make progress, you might want to consider quieter alternatives.Dietary restrictions: Drinks are made to order, and they offer many alternative dairy products.

They close the lobby about 5 hours early, at 4:00pm. Apparently this happens often, as I overheard the barista talking to her coworker about how they “do it all the time”…Kinda inconvenient since when I walk next door to Starbucks I just wanna grab a drink and sit down while I take a break, guess my money will go elsewhere nearby.

HORRIBLE STARBUCKS. There was zero people at the store and they kept me waiting 15 minutes for a simple drink bc they were prioritizing drive through. What a stupid service. I asked for a refund and left. So angry.

Asked for hot water only and they said no because it’s a safety issue. However what’s the difference between me paying for hot water vs hot tea? Both have hot water as a base…..also waited 14 mins in the car line. No reason the wait should be that long.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I work at one of the hotels near by and legit tell people do not go to that Starbucks because ur going to be there for 5 days waiting on them to make on drink. Yall gotta hire new people or be faster.

They always get my drink wrong!!!!! My husband specifically ordered a pumpkin spice CHAI LATTE C H A I I DONT DRINK COFFEE!!!!! The put it as a pumpkin spice latte add chai huuuuuuhhhhhh?????? My even types it out for my husband to say it specially ! I called and they said they can't do about it unless my husband takes it back for their mistake! Just made the drink right ! I don't recommend!!!!!

They never put vanilla on my iced caramel macchiatos. Which makes the drink so bitter. I also asked for no bacon on my Bacon Gouda and there was a piece of bacon in there.

I love Starbucks, unfortunately this location is the closest to my house and has to be in the top 10 of worst stores. I would rather drive further to go to a different location or even the Target Starbucks across the street is significantly better than this one. The people that work here are so rude and strange, they seem like they've never been taught any social skills and are being forced to work here. They are also constantly closed for the most random things, at this point they should just close this location.

For one this place is always taking forever to make your drinks. The managers are passive and rude. They obsess over charging you for the smallest thing. If you're going to charge me for extra cold foam, give an ACTUAL amount of extra cold foam. Our airline gives them business plenty on the daily and they are just and act like nothing is their fault.
