Go to this Starbucks all the time. People are usually nice but today not only was my drink CHUNKY, the young girl with the long brown hair and big lips was so rude. So rude to the point of my making a review of Starbucks (which feels unnecessary). She wouldn’t let me use my free drink and I drove back around to say that my drink was messed up and she literally ignored me and gave so much attitude through the mic. There wasn’t even a line. I will say there’s a super sweet older woman who works there who i love. I just expect Starbucks to hire good people and she wasn’t one

Got my drink order wrong after I had to wait about 12-15 minutes for it. I ordered it iced. They did offer to remake it but I didn’t want to wait for another, after the first one took so long. They’re usually on top of it here, but not today. Oh, and what happened to the blueberry muffins? They’ve shrunken significantly, but they are more expensive. Greed.

My family and I went through the drive through and everything was amazing due to the lady on the other end Tas. She is so nice, very friendly and a hard worker. She definitely made our experience at this location better. Please give her a shout out or something. Tas was amazing.

One barista here just sucks. This chick wouldn’t give me creamer. i’m a regularSometimes my coffee gets messed up and I’ll stop at a different location to get it fixed because I’m a delivery driver. The barista claimed she could not do that.

the works are all so slow and make everyone wait in line for atleast 15 minutes, they tend to always mess up our orders whether it be food or drinks.

Worst drive through- took 20 minutes to pick up my order. It almost felt like a hostage situation as you can't leave the line. The staff seemed to have no sense of urgency even it was taking them 20+ minutes for pick up!

Kayla is amazing she remembers me every time. She is some one I could talk to daily. She you guys cam she should get a raise. Kayla if you see this I will be back soon with more then just a little tip. You made my day so much brighter and literally brought a tears to my eyes -autozone

I went through the drive thru and didn't receive what I ordered, then when I asked them to fix it they gave me attitude and told me I would have to be charged more. When you charge outrageous prices, just give the customer what they ordered. Is that so hard?!

I really appreciate Kayla. And Jen who is also wonderful! But especially Kayla. She knows who I am when I arrive and hands me my latte with a smile, wishing me a good day. Even if I haven’t stopped by in weeks. Whether I’m in workout clothes or heading to the office. Thanks for being so pleasant!

It took 22 minutes to get a black, unsweetened iced tea with 6 employees working. They were hustling but my friend who ordered directly before me sat for 22 minutes waiting for me to get an iced tea. During this time, numerous cars were served at the drive through. This place needs to improve workflow.

Orders are wrong at least 1/3 of the time, and the guy who covers the drive thru early in the morning has a bad habit of staring down when you insert your debit card and choose a tip - it is extremely uncomfortable to have him stare down to see which tip option I choose before he gives me my drink. This morning was the last straw, I'll be driving a bit further to the location at 40th and Greenway instead. Ick.

Most of the baristas here are very cool, but Jen and Felicia have such terrible attitudes. They interrupt communication with other baristas, snapping at me or my wife. They get by on the fact that they are Starbucks, but dealing with those two makes it such an unpleasant experience. So much so we actually had to stop going there because of those two. Sad. Used to be our go to coffee stop.

my oder had gotten messed up really bad on my end which was not their fault at all, however they were very patient , remade my whole oder and then a worker named Dawn helped me carry my order out to my car ! the customer service they displayed was impeccable, however especially Dawn; she was so kind and really went above and beyond to help me and it really showed me that kind people still exist !!!
