Every time I go there they are always out of something and so I order something else usually but today the drink was terrible half of it was whipped cream and the drink just tasted like straight up mocha syrup and had a bunch of ice chunks in it (I ordered the double chocolate chip frap)

I recently started going to this Starbucks, I’ve been treated rudely the past few times so I started asking for my receipt to see the name of my barista. last week I went and asked for a fairly complicated drink. A barista ( her name was malak or maleeka not sure exactly but she is fairly young with black hair and was wearing a Palestine necklace ) I never met before took my order and she was the kindest soul. She actually greeted me and smiled the whole time . She made my drink quickly and the whole experience made my day as I wasn’t expecting to be treated this way after my bad experience. This is how people who work in customer service. I hope everyone at this Starbucks starts acting like this. I will be coming more often

After going there the last 15 years and being treated kindly by the staff I had to stop. For the past year I was treated rudely by Veronica. Yup, put her on blast. I now go out of the way to get coffee. And I see several others at the new place now too for same reason.

This location has gotten better then the last times I've been to it a couple years ago. Nice employees, quick to make conversation. They make the drinks quick and correct everytime. Love coming here on the weekends with my family knowing they'll get our order quick :)

The worst Starbucks on the planet. Always understaffed (that's if the employees actually show up), always a wait, and always messing up the order. I drive 15 minutes out of the way to go to another Starbucks to avoid this Safeway Starbucks location. If you have time to waste and don't care about your order being wrong, go here. If you care about your order being right and want to get your beverage in under 30 minutes, don't go here.

This place has suffered greatly since the pandemic, short-staffed never on time to open and always a difficulty in making drinks correctly. I would go elsewhere.

New Update: Used the card the district person gave us in the store with everyone standing around, took 30 minutes but we got a new card that the person verified, "supposedly". SURPRISE, went to Carrabba's tonight and they said the card had no money on it. Freaking disgusting! We paid cash instead and have told the kids not to give us any more of these invalid cards
Update: Safeway gave me a new, verified on-site card to replace the bad card after some amount of research yielded no results. The squeaky wheel gets the grease
UNBELIEVABLE!!! For the 2nd time in 2021, June (Father's Day) and December (Christmas), I've received $100 gift cards sold by Safeway that have no money on them. So, this time, accompanied by the receipt and the still-sealed card package, I was told by the store manager that I'm out of luck. They sell them but if they are bad cards Safeway company policy is to say 'sorry' and tell you to go home and call the card company. I did this and after 30 minutes of waiting hung up, I'll try it another day. SAFEWAY CORP. 'DOES NOT' BACK THE GIFT CARDS THEY SELL. They'll just blow you off and send you home... We've been coming to this Safeway at 1334 E Chandler Blvd since they opened but it'll be for quick convenience items only from now on, NO MORE Safeway for us, friends, family, and whoever reads this post.

Without Denysha the service is below average. A mother and son were in front of me today and had ordered 2 Frappuccino's and the young lady with the gauge earrings made them. I then ordered my latte from the cashier and she just stood there staring at the tattoo on her hip not doing anything while I'm patiently waiting for my latte. The other employee asked her if she was going to make it and she was shocked that she had to do it. She then touched the lid where the hole is with her bare hands and did not put on a sleeve. I waited 15 minutes for that latte!! Ridiculous

Drinks and service were both horrible! I usually just blow it off as everyone is entitled to bad days but every time I encounter this Starbucks the baristas are in a mood! Cheer up it's just a day! Promise life gets better
