I’ve been at this locations numerous times because it’s conveniently on my way to work but during my last visit I was completely appalled to see the barista Thomas? making out in the parking lot - completely unprofessional. I asked another barista about it but they just shrugged and said his name was Thomas. I didn’t bother talking to the store manager because she obviously wasn’t around, as usual. What is going on in this place!

Got here at 5 am when they open. Employees arrive at the last minute, they must hate their jobs. I'm the only customer and they need a name for my drip Coffee with cream. The lady at the register takes my order and then turns her back on me and goes away. There's 5 employees behind the counter and none of them take a minute to pour me a drip coffee. When one of the people (the busy one, manning the drive thru) finally gets my drink. Did she say my name????? No, I'm the only customer here! There's five of you and no one wants to work. How long does it take to pour one coffee? Do you really need a name when i'm the only customer?I've got to learn to make my own good coffee!!!!!!

I usually have a good experience at this location. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Only posting this in hopes that it doesn't happen again. I ordered my cold brew through the drive through. Drove off without realizing my coffee was filled to the brim with large ice cubes. All the way to the very top of the lid. For a $5 cup of coffee I think I got 4 sips out of it. The photo attached was taken after one sip. What a rip off. Even the guy working the drive thru did a double take at the glass before handing it to me. On top of that it was a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with no sweet cream at all. I really don't want to complain bc I know things happen, but I limit myself to one starbucks a week and was so disappointed with this one.

on 4Opth St. in Greenway is literally the best the customer service is the greatest and the way they make the drinks are the greatest Rachel and Julie help me I can’t. Thank you so much it was so good I went back to get a second one so if you’re looking for a good Starbucks to come to come to this one on 40th St. in Greenway.

Our drink was not up to par. Tasteless actually and my wife was very upset so we took it back. She wanted to just give it back because she was worried that if they were asked to make a new one they might spit in it or something. I told her, Baby there not gonna do that. So we went inside, my wife shared her displeasure with the Chai tea and ended with, "I'm sorry" and the manager gracously told her, "Don't ever be sorry for asking for what you paid for. We're sorry that you were unhappy." He then made her a new drink, which she loved and they even upgraded the size. We then chatted and he was fantastic.5 star service.

Staff was pleasant and quick. Store interior was nice and very clean, but each of the four tables inside happened to be occupied by a single person, so we went outside. The patio area was jammed into a very small area right next to the drive thru, with the (major) intersection right next to that, so not the most pleasant spot to eat.

Lots of Starbucks to choose from but the staff here always pay attention to detail and when you have unique drinks or sandwich requests like no cheese or half a shot of espresso, they always get it right. They pay attention and we appreciate them
