Beth has horrible phone answering skills and makes the establishment seem unfit to be a doctors office. Also if you don't have insurance or don't have payment up front they will not see you. They will be rude. The only reason why I'm going through with this is the repoir held with Dr Steingard in the past - he is a great doctor and very honest and up front. The office itself is ran poorly and not well educated on sensitive health issues. I have multiple chemical sensitivities and require a mask at the moment to enter buildings that isn't in line with "CDC" guidelines or whatever, but it allows me to breathe around all the hand sanitizer. If ms Beth wants to argue with people over their health needs over the phone she's not fit to be answering the phone for any medical establishment. You don't just go dictating what people can and can't wear to breath if they have breathing problems and allergies or multiple chemical sensitivities.

This place is terrible in the way they talk to their customers. On 1/4/2021, took my dad to see Dr. Scott. At check in the front office manager (lady with her own office at the front) checked us in and said their was a $80.29 balance. I said can I pay later because I need to look at the statement and verify things. You don't just pay bills blindly like that. She rudely said, "Can you paid now!". WTH chill dude! If it weren't for my dad liking Dr. Scott. I would have walked out. People will rarely smile when we visit. I would not recommend this place. Chao..

I absolutely love Dr. Turner. He is right on top of my medical issues and all my specialty doctors that I need to see. It’s nice to finally have a doctor that truly cares. I love having the same doctor every time I go. I don’t have to go over my complete extensive medical history With numerous doctors.

Horrible customer service, horrible physicians. You call to make an appointment after being injured in an auto accident and they wont see you for weeks. Finally after being seen and explaining how much pain Ive been in and how im having trouble sleeping. Im told to take tylenol pm. Are you freaking serious? I waited over two weeks to be seen to be told to basically go to walgreens and get OTC meds that dont work. There doctors office is nothing but a joke. Don't waste your time here. They are rude, inconsiderate, and can't seem to keep their billing records up to date. So they just keep charging you for visits you have already paid for.
