I needed a space quickly. Used the online app and received a call as the email stated and was able to move my items in quickly! Customer service person was friendly, efficient and informative. I was grateful it happened so quickly!

I’ve never had an issue with cube smart so it’s no reflection of company just this location but this location has now charged me 2 times at move-in (not pending payments) posted payments! & my account is still showing I owe a third amount. Technology is not that hard to understand if the card reader is saying the payment went through and it’s going through on my end from my bank it’s a you problem with your computer system. I’m going through a divorce I don’t have time to be dealing with anything unnecessary.

I had a special for my first month to store my ski. The process was easy and quick online, honestly the storage unit themselves are room temperature, well-sized, and surprisingly really clean. Edna made my first day and last day really great. I see why CubeSmart is #1 with customer service.

The manager asked us too many questions and was very evasive when just trying to rent a unit from her. We ended up not renting there and went somewhere else.

I rented a 5x10 storage unit and when I opened it I found dirt on the floor the unit was dirty and not properly swept. I put down plastic on the floor to protect my boxes that I'm storing at CubeSmart. I called Management on the second day and reported this and got no response
