Easy sign on, registry, insurance, lock purchase. Contract online and app available to make everything quick. Never had to wait in line or at counter or even meet anyone for anything.

These ppl are crooks. I was trying to consolidate the 2 units I had to 2 unit after paying them
On time for over a year. I ask the manager to cut a lock for me to get in. She asks me what kind of lock it is and walks out thy door I think she’s coming she says nothing. I was out there for while waiting you her she never came. Tried to talk to corporate about it no one responded. I told them I didn’t think it was fair u have to make another months rent for the unit she never opened, no one responded, so I decided to not pay in the other one either for one month then they sent me a notice telling them I owe them $1000 or they are auctioning off my stuff and the manager told me it’s not her job to bring me the paper yo sign to open it for me. Welll I had no clue she was getting a paper for me to sign 1st of all then what exactly is your job if it’s not hi take care of customers needs and the property. That’s literally her whole job. She was already supposed to be coming up open it why would it be so hard to bring the paper when you come. Now my dad’s Vietnam. War metals are gone because I didn’t have an extra $1000 to pay to keep everything from being sold. There ppl are crooks and do yourself a favor and us any other storage unit but this one, I got locked in more than once and takes over an. Hour to get out, they made me leave my truck there and come back the next day because no one “felt like” hitting a button to let me out, seriously don’t ever use them!!! You could be next, this is consumers need to start having each other back on these things and get rid of these companies that just want to treat us like we don’t matter when we’re the whole reason why the business is open to begin with. I’m asking you to please boycott this company thank you. Let’s take a stand and stand up for customer service and bring it back.

Kind, competent, intelligent, quick service. I am very impressed for a storage place that they were so good. Facility was clean and has great camera coverage.

The doors are not labeled properly and it took myself and the movers forever to find the door which was frustrating because the movers charge more for time we spent looking for the door.

The man running the desk is very rude! We have been there for a week and with the price we pay and the short amount of time we've there he was harassing us because my boyfriend was changing his shirt inside our own storage unit. Very unprofessional!!! We are very organized and mind our business but yet every time we go there we are always being watched.
