I felt scammed. I had won an auction and there was conflicting information on the website about how the payment needed to be made. I contacted customer "service"and was assured that it would be cleared up. The company charged me a large fee for a unit I did not buy and then double charged the next lowest bidder who received the auction. They suspended my account. I contacted them again for a reinstatement. They stated that if I signed up for a paying account, then I could bid again. I signed up for the paying account and was bidding when all of a sudden they shut me down again. They continue to charge my credit card for a monthly membership even though I told them in writing to cancel my membership.

They suspended me won't tell me why and says if I do get reinstated I have to upgrade to a pro package wich cost money 🤔 sounds scamish to me I will never use this site again,,,,,,,,,,Bid 13 is an awesome site where you don't have to worry about getting scammed into upgrading like storage treasures and when you reach out to customer service it's real ppl not bots like storage treasures

Won a storage unit from cubesmart in margate on 15th st..the unit was full of 1000s of roaches I have seen a couple here and there in this buisiness but nothing ever like this.so I could not see bringing that all back to my wharehouse and having it infest me...I complained to the manager and she said there are no roaches here and got me suspended from storage treasures...storage treasures would not work with me when I explained the situation they are for the facilities not the buyers..there were people living in units cooking and had animals living in there...be warned of this cubesmart ...and remember even if there's a million roaches you have to take them with you or you'll be suspended with no help...they could have offered to exterminate it then I probably would have at least got it out of there and dumped it...

Horrible service. This company treat you like a garbage. I win an auction and the unit was almost empty when I open the unit. Now the manager refuse to refund me the money. Inside as u can see is a box with old 💿. They have to take care more of the customer

Horrible auction site, account was suspended because I didn't pick up 2 units due to facility being closed. I went 2 hours after winning. I took pics of the sign that was on the door and even called the phone number on the sign just to be told they were closed. I dont understand how you pay and pick up a unit when the facility is closed for days.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Because of a glitch on their end, I never received any notification that I had won a $10 auction and then when I failed to clear it out because I had no idea I won it, they suspended my account and banned me from bidding unless I upgrade my account and PAY for a premium membership. Horribly shady business practice right there! I won several before that and cleared them out just fine with no issue at all. I'm looking for other storage unit auction companies now and I suggest you do the same.
UPDATE: Marla's response to this is a lie. I use Gmail with my storage treasures account which does NOT support read receipts so there's NO way to see whether I opened up an email from them or not. This is a DISHONEST and manipulative company. Again, AVOID!!!

Horrible company that treats their buyers like trash! After spending over half of a million dollars on this platform, my account was suspended for life because they all of a sudden found out that I didn't clean out one storage unit 5 years ago! That's their reason! After that one time, I purchased AND COMPLETELY CLEANED OUT over 650 storage units! Most of them were purchased at above $1000! I built my business with this platform in these 5 years! Hired many employees and opened a big store. And they just threw me out like a garbage for no legitimate reason! I was one of their biggest buyer in the country, and they just treated me like a trash... BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER STORAGE AUCTION WEBSITES THAT TREAT THEIR BUYERS WITH RESPECT!
Addition to their response. I just counted. There were only 3 completely different violations. One that happened only because I didn't know that what I did was against their policy! (They changed and added tons of new policies in these 5 years that I was on the platform!) Second violation was completely unfair because the facility manager was so rude and unprofessional and was completely wrong by telling me that I can not use my tax exemption form at her location! I made her call her supervisor, and he yelled at her and told her to accept my tax exemption form. After that, she got so aggressive and called Storage Treasures and asked them to block me! And they simply did! CHECK THAT FACILITY CAMERAS TO SEE WHO WAS BEHAVING INAPPROPRIATELY!! GATHER SOME FACTS TOGETHER BEFORE SUSPENDING ACCOUNTS! The third one was done 5 years ago, but I did clean that unit after the facility called me. NONE OF THE SAME VIOLATIONS WERE REPEATED AFTER (AS THEY SAY) "I WERE WORNED"! TOTAL LIE! DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TREATING THEIR BUYER LIKE GARBAGE!

Worst auction site on the internet. They log me out multiple times per week and expect me to want to receive a text with a passcode to log back in every time. My bank doesn't even do this. Total amateurs.

tried helping my mother with her account through the phone, had explained the first representative the issue and he gave me his name for when i call back to be connected to him the 2nd representative was rude and wouldn't listen to what I had to say just because my name wasn't on file and I kept repeating that my mother was next to me and in the end the representative just hung up on me.
