This place is the hidden gem of Storage units. Virginia keeps the place very clean! Rif raf out- and takes her job seriously and knows everything about it. Rates are reasonable too.

Love Seth! He is a great human being. The only thing is that I rented a 5x10 and I only got a 5x5 still paid the full rate. Seth said he made a small mistake and I still need to bring more stuff to the storage. He did tell me that he could give me a second luck. He also mentioned that my 5x10 would be a single door that opens into a 5x10. So tomorrow I need to bring more house stuff to store. Thank you for your attention to this matter and hopefully I’ll be able to do this. But Seth, he went above and beyond to help me. He’s a great employee. 🇺🇸

Virginia (the manager) was the best person I have ever dealt with at a storage facility. I have been at this location for a little over 3 years and thru that time have had some ups & downs in life. Virginia has always gone above & beyond to assure me that they will help with anything to not lose my unit. They have been very patient with me at times (not like other places) & I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to deal with than Virginia ? She’s kind, caring & beautiful inside & out! Thank you Virginia for all the patience & welcoming feeling every time we have had to talk. You’re an amazing person! I will definitely refer this place to anyone & everyone. Keep being YOU Girl

Virginia in the office is the best. She made my very stressful move a little easier by being so sweet and helpful. I would give 5 stars if they stayed open later. The gates close at 8pm unfortunately.

I currently have three units at the 31 Street and Bell Road, PHX, Az. Location. I would recommend this location to anyone. The management Miss Virgina Smith has always gone above and beyond to help in anyway. I'm 65 years old and when I'm on site Virginia always checks to make sure I am well. I locked my keys in my car on a extremely hot day and Virginia and staff was sure to help me get them out. Who does that anymore. I will never lease with any other company other then StorQuest Self Storage. Sincerely, Carol Ramirez
