I never even thought I would take the time out of my day to write a review about anything, but I did want to say that I suffer from severe panic disorder and today I walked into this location trying to order and hold back my tears at the same time. I wish I knew her name, but the girl making my sandwich was on a mission to help me feel better. She even gave me a cookie and reassured me a million times that it was okay for me to be crying while ordering. I was so embarrassed and she made me feel like I had nothing to be embarrassed about and helped me though my order, I’ve never in my life met anyone kinder and I just wanted to write this review so hopefully she can get some recognition at work. Thank you again for making my day so much better if you see this❤️

I prefer visiting other Subway locations even though this is closest to my house. I've placed a couple of online orders for pickup and they've always been very frugal with their veggies, add-ons and sauces.

The bread was so old it was hardened, smelled old and tasted nasty. The vegetables tasted old as well. Yuck.The only thing that was good was the cookies.

Where do I begin to describe how awful this location is all around. My family frequent this location, but lately the service team seems to be disinterested in helping customers, but my 84 year old mother wanted to go there as she went shopping next door at Safeway.The young female worker greeted her with a surly attitude and acted as if she was bothering her by ordering two footlongs with a coupon.She was snippy and didn't pay attention, and made several errors when making each tuna sub.I won't go into the specifics or post photos, but this was by far the WORST sub I've ever had. The red onion was clumped and not separated, there was so much mayo sauce I had scrape it off. Bottomline, it was made by someone who could care less about customer service.My recommendation...be cautious when going to this location. Very disappointing.

Ordered online using the app. When I brought the order home it was nothing like I ordered. I ordered two sandwiches and two cookies and it cost $33.19. One of the sandwiches was a meatball 6 inch and it was cold. The other was a 12 inch double pro team, turkey, add bacon, double cheese, mayo, extra mayo, and a little bit of onion. The 12 inch sandwich had regular meat, regular cheese, regular mayo, no onions and the bacon was not cooked. When I called the store, there was no answer two different times. There was not an option for Voicemail. On the third phone call , a gentleman answered, and I expressed to him how upset I was and then I wanted a refund for my lunch. he said he'd see what he could do, but did not refund any money. I asked for the manager and she was not available until the next day. I will be will be calling tomorrow. Do not order from them unless you plan on eating it there and watching them make it. The staff does not read online instructions and they are unfriendly and unprofessional. If there is an option for zero stars, that's what I would be leaving.

I received great service and got the 3 Footlong special to feed some hungry boys. The Boss is the new favorite sandwich among our party. I'm partial to the ham & turkey loaded up like a salad. Quick service.

Terrible selections. Subways website boasts Gluten Free bread but this location chose not to participate. Very disappointing.

the workers are wonderful and always eager to help me get in and get out without cutting into their wonderful customer service. the manager, on the other hand... i feel bad for the workers, i’ve seen them stress and handle 25 people at a time alone when the manager onlycomes out for five minutes to cash one customer out. do your job. as a manager, i’ve been one, your number one task is helping ur crew

We were coming home from the 202 so this subway was on the way. The bread was not delicious. The sandwich was meh. It's subway and I know what to expect. This just wasn't a fabulous subway. Some are better than other.
