I normally have a great experience at this location, they send me a email I schedule an appointment then come get my oil changed but today was a definite mind changer on continuing my services here. They had no customers yet they needed 4 hrs to do my oil change, when I told them I scheduled an appointment online the man told me he didn’t see one for me in the last 2 weeks then told me “we’ve been having system issues” wow…. Me and my 2 cars will politely head over to Brake Masters (No! Im not affiliated with them in any way)

Spent more time looking for other things to sell me then they did fixing the problem. Should have been a one day repair but took them three days to try and sell me ten other things

I no longer live near this branch but I will continue to drive out of my way. I never feel like they try to sell me things I don't need. Time estimates for service are accurate. Bathroom could be cleaner for customers waiting.

Took my car in because my AC was having issues and only working half the time. Was told it was the compressor, paid $1,600 for it to still have the same issue. Took it back in and was told it was an electrical issue. They “fixed” that. My car ended up being in the shop for close to a month between all the issues- Still have the same issue and now I have issues with my whole electrical system since they messed with it. So now it’s the middle of summer, my kids and I have no AC, electrical issues and I’ll be paying off the two grand in “repairs” for a while. Staff is nice, but I would get a second opinion on anything you want done outside of an oil change. I would give it a zero if that was an option.
