The tellers were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was working with one and she had an attitude and the person next to her chimed in as well. I called in to ask a question before I came in and then when I came in they said something completely different. Would NOT recommend this bank and specifically this location.

Normally enjoy this bank. I Waited in line for 29 minutes just to make a car payment. They Only had one employee working while 3 others sat in an office, and the line was nearly out the door. This was poor customer service. The bright side was the cashier who did help me was very kind, but the fact that a manager didn’t step up- seeing the huge line and the wait - makes me give a 1 star.

after I receive my last direct deposit I will no longer use the card or bank. I already have an alternate bank set up that I will be doing business with. I've been looking at my direct deposit sit in the pending status for 2 days. I have bills that are due and this is 3rd time this has happened. It makes no sense to let me see my money but have no access to it. I was advised I wouldn't have to wait on my money when I started, I called customer service yesterday and I was told that wasn't true And I have to wait. That's not a problem I advised not to do business with this company. They told me they are for the people and have yet do show that

No sense of urgency or member service. I’ll bet they don’t even read or care for these reviews. GET SOME LEADERSHIP UP IN HERE. When you schedule an appt and wait 30+ minutes while reps are available, it makes you feel unimportant and undervalued. Sucks because credit unions are owned by their members and they should prioritize the experience. 10/10 will not be back. Get it together!

I gave 4 stars since other financial institutions have started reducing or eliminating fees, Sunwest is one of the highest. However, I they are competitive with their rates and services offered. That's a plus for me!

This is my second review. I got an email saying the first was not accepted because flagged... I needed assistance with my account and Serina Shaw was able to guide me through the process. She was listened patiently and clarified what each issues was in order to get them resolved. Her customer service is exemplary. After assistance with the issues I needed fixed, she suggested some products that would maximize my earnings. She provided several suggestions and explained in detail. After the frustrations of previous companies customer service, which just wasn't, I didn't expect much from this encounter. I was absolutely grateful for Serina's help and so impressed by her desire to really resolve the issues.

Now that you are closed on Saturdays it is impossible to do any banking.People work if they want $$$ so quit with the bankers hours. Just noticed Navy Federal Credit Union has Saturday hours. Maybe time for a change!!!

Been with sunwest for years. I picked it because it was convenient but they closed all of the in store locations and there are only 2 branches near me(still pretty far). They are now closed on weekends and it is so inconvenient to go there when I work days. They also charge the same $32 overdraft fee from the same charge 2-3 times. Why not at least wait till the next direct deposit I have every week? I've paid hundreds in fees and then my next payment gets a fee too from all the fees taken out of my account. I was caught up on payments and then one forgotten $25 payment charges $32 daily for 2-3 days and I lose everything. I'm looking for a new bank

I have banked here since 2019 now it’s impossible to get to this bank during their “operating business hours” how do you expect to do business with people when you don’t even have a person on a phone line to help if something happens after 6 on Friday . I’ll be withdrawing all of my funds and moving to a bank that wants to actually help their customers. I have thousands of dollars in my account yet my card is declined and shocking no one is available to help.

Reviews tell truth I called the location on 28th Dr. in Cactus I was disrespected by a couple of women that do not know how to work for a bank customer service Feedback “selfh” was so disrespectful I was told that the supervisor or manager was not available in that whole location there’s nobody else but one person makes no sense I think some companies feel that just because you’re a big company that you can disrespect one person or a few when really in reality is 2022 if anybody reads my review please please think twice about opening an account with this specific brand because it does seem repetitive repetitive enough for me now to leave a review # Walter Synowiecki is CEO I looked this up on the Internet you do not even know the hard time they gave me about getting an email for this man or even knowing his name sometimes you have to go around
