My experience started on August 19th, 2025 made an appointment by phone for 1:30 in the afternoon at Supercuts location on Bell road and 4th Street. When I arrived I told the stylist, name Gina I had an appointment at 1:30. She shrugged said not here. However, she would cut my hair. Sorry for the long review but sort of a long story. After sitting in a chair she sprayed water on my hair. First one to admit I don't have a lot of hair, however when she pulled it straight up and asked what I wanted to do with it? cut it. She informed me ,l 0had a lot of breakage. Okay cut the breakage off. I told her I wanted it cut in a short off the shoulder rounded style. While she was looking at it she asked if I colored my own hair pointed out. It was a bad job done. Okay I could deal with that. She was probably right. Can't see the back of my head. Wasn't concerned. After she was done cutting it and started to take the apron off, the length was still to Long. I told her I wanted it shorter off my shoulders so she cut it shorter. Ask me how that,and what I thought. I looked in the mirror and I said it looks kind of square.( She said that's only the way I see it.)Go figure I'm the one looking at it. Anyways I let it go, and got up to pay what I was paying. She said oh sit back down please and she took a pair of scissors and she cut about three separate little chunks off the bottom of my hair said she had missed it. Went out and about my day when I got home.Looked a little weird but went to bed. Got up in the morning so now it's the 20th. Again, sorry for the long story but it was scraggly. I look like something off of a horror movie. I got up. Got dressed and went back to Supercuts to have have it brought to attention and have it fixed. Upon arriving there, there was a lady named Olga P. A very pleasant woman. She was taking care of gentleman's hair, and was the only stylist there. Thankfully cuz I would not want Gina cutting my hair again. Managed to leave. Happy Olga was a very very nice lady. She even took some pictures as proof that she had to redo my hair. Guess a lot of this is just to prove how stupid a person can be. I went in just to get a haircut , ended up with this silly the story to tell. Like most people, I guess you go get a haircut to make yourself feel better and feel like it made you more attractive. Leave with a smile on your face. I left feeling like evidently I did a crappy color job on my own hair and then I paid Gina 25 bucks to do a bad job at it. So in this review by saying if you want to leave feeling good for yourself or about yourself from a Supercuts, go see Olga on 4th Street and Bell road Supercuts My five-star rating that I posted is for Olga, not Gina. If you don't care about your profession, you should find another one. Gina and not do this to people's hair.

Requested style: My style is short and soft around my face. the back is layered but no harsh line!
Hair type: Silver in the front and naturally darker underneath and back. It is also thkn and fine.
Stylist: Olga is great! She listens and understands what I ask for. Many stylists have tried over many years. I am just sorry it took me so long to find her!

Wonderful experience. Convenient time, shop clean, price $23 plain cut very reasonable and Olga was super pleasant and knew what she was doing. Very pleased.
Requested style: Just a plain cut reducing the length.
Stylist: Catalina very very good and great conversationalist.
