Don’t buy from this place. I bought a bike and they told me to my face that there was no problem cause the tire was flat. When in actuality there were holes inside the inner tube. They won’t do anything when they screw you over

Had an amazing experience. Came in and saw a pendant I really wanted. I spoke to the manager Liz and we were able to work something out and Lorena was able to help me and answer all my questions about multiple pendants and they were very respectful! Will be coming back again. Highly recommend this location!

People/ employees are friendly. Unfortunately I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone trying to sell something here at cash America super pawn. Cash America Super pawn is only offering 38% of spot on gold and silver 24k bars. Drove 40 min because they would tell me the percentage of spot prices over the phone. Big bummer and huge loss for super pawn.

NEVER GOING AGAIN BOUGHT A 14k pendant 12.8 grams for $900 & TWO WEEKS LATER HAD IT TESTED SOMEWHERE ELSE TURNED OUT TO BE FAKE ! MANAGER WASNT TRYNA GIVE ME A INCONVENIENCE FEE ON ANOTHER PIECE OR SOME TYPE OF GOOD DEAL FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT ANYWAYS DONT SHOP THERE FOR GOLD THEY BUY FAKE GOLD AND SELL IT AS IF ITS REAL !

The worst pawn shop around. I use to be a very loyal customer here for a very long time, they use to have employees who were competent and trustworthy to handle your jewellery however, I've notice an abrupt stop to that when they changed it up in the past year. Today was the day I will no longer support them. I came in today to pawn a necklace that has significant importance to me, nut because if the economy like a lot of other people I needed help with money and like I mentioned before, I had been a longtime loyal customer here and had put trust in them. Well, I brought in my necklace and a female employee had to test my necklace again (just another process before pawning) she's back there with a powerful magnet testing it, instead of testing it from the back of the locket where there isn't a cameo enamel on it, she instead tests with that same heavy magnet onto the very face of the cameo and she pulls it clear off the locket and chips the top left corner of it and dents in the process. No one ever has done such a lazy careless job like this before, Then she proceeds to tell my locket wasn't real gold. Keep in mind, this very locket has been accepted here at the same location more than 5 times throughout 3 years and has been certified as 14k gold where it was purchased through. All was said was a very faint sorry. No real accountability. Nothing was done. They lost me as a customer forever. I cannot trust them for this, please consider not going to this place, I warn you now if you care at all about your jewellery.
