Wish I could give half a star. Where to start.... 1st off customer service is a** I get better customer service from a pissed off jack in the box employee. Don't even bother buying from this place because when the item doesn't work & you try to exchange it or get a refund they look at you like you just spit on their shoes. Long story short spent money of items that don't even work. Got another item for the same price & that still doesn't work. Waste of money and time. Thought pawn shops we're supposed to be about bartering now scamming & rip offs

Tried to take my ps4 pro in at another pawn shop an they told me they can't take it because it's been opened an this is the last place I had pawned it. I didn't even know you can open it, so someone at this location did it, dont pawn here, I'm going elsewhere from now on.

This pawn shop should be shut down rhe are selling broken tools, like a Sawzall that the trigger is stuck wide open knowingly and won't come down on the price or take it of the shelf it's dangerous also the are rude as hell. The manager kept staring at my wife. We feel belief

Management loves discriminate on the locals. You come in and right away they judge and price everything very low. I wouldn't dare to step into that place again such a waist of time especially if they seen you near or around there shop without making any purchases. Such a sad sorry business to enter

Hector treated me real good. I came in here and was looking to buy an instrument. After extensive testing of the guitar we found out the electronics did not work. I asked if they would do a little discount because I'd have to take it to a tech and get it worked on. They did. I was super happy. Nice guys in my experience. Honest transaction.

This pawn shop is bs. I want the corporate office number. So me and my boyfriend went into this pawn shop was interested in purchasing a gun. So we are looking at the gun. Me being a first a first time buyer. She assumed that because my boyfriend was with me I was buying it for him So she didnt sell it ti me i didnt get her name but she worked today ay 10am. Why do i need to her the reason for purchase. i had my id and debit card. All the quilfied information to purchase. worst experice everrrrrr!!!!!!
