Don't waste your time here! The laziest bunch ever! I went to sell some gold & silver for cash. I walked in and had to ask for help from the employee standing behind the counter chatting with another employee. He acted put out to help me. I show him my items & he used a magnet to rub them with. Then he tells me none of the items are real. I knew they were real because they've been appraised previously so I tell him this. He said again, all 5 pieces are not real. Ok. Not true but whatever so I leave. I go up the road to a different
company pawn shop & they bought it all for $270. This guy just didn't want to do his job. Do not waste your time, employee is lazy & a Liar. This place is untrustworthy. Beware!

Went in to look at phones and laptops. They had no phones, but a good selection of laptops. They even had the one I was looking for, for relatively the price I wanted to pay; what spoiled it for me was their complete and total lack of customer service. No greeting, no nothing. Too busy talking and gossiping to notice anyone even walked into the store. When I asked them if they had any phones, one of the girls there gave me a dirty look, and the other one said they don't carry phones, then they both went back to talking and gossiping. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. And this was a pawn shop. So that's saying something.
I don't believe I'll be coming back to this location again.

On the due date for picking up my items, a Nintendo Switch and an Apple MacBook that I had pawned, I called the pawn shop and spoke to a young lady to confirm their availability. She placed me on hold and returned to assure me that both items were still there. When I arrived to retrieve them, Manual took my name and ID before whispering to his supervisor. I overheard her confirm that my items were in the back, and I could see them retrieving my items. However, to my dismay, they then claimed that my items had been stolen, despite my earlier confirmation of their availability. They informed me that the items had just been sold. I then asked to have their corporate number they walked to the office where you can hear them talking about my item being in the back but told me it was sold. They provided me with the wrong number so that I could call corporate. I had to contact another store to retrieve the correct number. When calling corporate to try and handle this issue they never answer the phone or returned my phone call.

Really bad vibe from when I walked in. Got dirty look from the lady who is in charge. Didn’t even acknowledge me as I entered the store. Then the associate who looked at my item tried to make it seem like it was a replica when I had the box. She didn’t even attempt to check the box or paper work. Why own a pawn shop if you are going to profile people who come in. I don’t recommend this place at all. I guess I should have read the reviews before even going .

Cherie was more than fair with me and helped me see my community better. She has been here for almost 18 years!! Cherie shows up!
The manager of 7yrs, Mireya was generous every time I came in with questions, and Jisel always remembers my name.
Here they don't just take your stuff and treat you rough...they really care. It's always clean and there's tons of stuff to sift through while you let their energy uplift you. You can tell that they really do care and want what's best for me. They also give fantastic feedback!
If you are looking for a little help in a hard time, this is the place!!

I want to start off by saying a lot of the people that work here are nice. But a couple of the including the lady in charge is not right. I definitely feel victimized. I have been going to this place for years and the last time i was there they made me sell them my computer then I had to buy it back from them and they gave me 3 different prices on what it should be and surprise surprise it was the highest amount. Its called a pawn shop. Also I had some jewelry that I had pawned and they always tell you that you have 7 days after the date due. They sold it after the 2nd day. I will never go back there maybe a different super pawn or Mo Money pawn. But i am telling you people "Beware"

Selling broken products. I bought this a day before when I charge it at home, it wouldn't charge. I return it the next day i bought it. The teller said he couldn't accept the return because i didn't buy the extra charge of 15 day peace of mind. Who would charge you just to return a broken piece of equipment? This dung heap of a wanna be pawn shop sucks it big time. They always undercut any offer. At best ten cents on the dollar is what this joker of a manager insults you with. Don't waste your time. The offers are horrible. Your better off going to MO MONEY PAWN SHOP THE BIGGEST IN PHOENIX AND THE BEST.

Putting one star because I HAVE TO. But I promise you it's not worth your visit. Nancy is the worst customer service ever. No respect, not kind, didn't even touched her computer to look up my stuff, poor girl doesn't even look like she wanted to work there. Please change staff because Nancy will leave you broke.

Really bad customer service, older lady was giving looks before even starting up a conversation about the items I wanted to sell. Gave nasty attitude when I was being polite, she walked away and let someone else deal with us, she comes back and asks what we were still doing there as if she expected us gone already. They won’t buy anything for more than 2 dollars half the time, you’re better off selling your items to the homeless people around the area.

Dinner is this pawnshop I went in to get a loan on AirPods pros Second GEN and they told me that they based the value off of the sales price yet in the top corner they had xbox series x priced at the full price for sale. Said it’s about supply and demand. Try to tell me that an Xbox series X is on more demand than AirPod pros. Tried to offer me 50 bucks for an item that was worth $300

Great place, I've been coming here for years they make me fair offers and of course they keep my stuff secure for me for when I'm ready to pick it back up. Definitely my go to place for when I need some extra cash. Staff is always friendly and consistent. Thanks
