Please don’t waste your time here. The tall mexican manager was so rude to me and my boyfriend , we came back for a second time because we wanted to make sure we got the best price for our ps4 and after i mentioned how they offered us 40 but then offered 30 when we came back the second time. One of the ladies offered us 40 but then when he was there the second time around he said 32 for the same amount of games and controllers the lady offered us 40 for. Then when i said we would come back to see if we get better offer he said we would pass on us because we had came around already. Go to another pawn shop we ended up getting way more for it and dealt with much nicer staff who weren’t so rude like the manager at this super pawn. DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE.

Staff was super nice Chris and Bianca were really helpful, the shop had alot of good pricing on their tv. Will be returning for sure thanks again super pawn!

I took 4 pairs of brand new with tags sunglasses Gucci and Ray ban and they didn't want them. I also brought 926 necklace which is actually 22k gold not silver and a beautiful antique pearl necklace and they didn't want them?! He didn't even do a gold or diamond test just took them back behind him looked at them real quick and said that he would pass on them. Any pawn shops that are knowledgeable and purchase items with selling would not have passed this stuff up. TO SCOTTSDALE

Untrustworthy, prices are far more than they should be. You can buy new stuff for the same price. Management is a joke.

If your not a dope fiend. Skip this place. Also you’ll be treated better if you speak Spanish or are a minority. I say this having witnessed how the employees interact with customers 3 or 4 times I’ve been in here.

This is my "neighborhood pawn shop" I have horrible credit with no option but high interest loans. The people here have helped me tremendously! I have also found great deals on used merchandise.

At 1st I seen a few things I would like to buy... I abruptly changed my mind! Seeing and hearing the way this place doesn't honor their word nor follow their own rules(as they feel) nor having no respect toward former customers, I will spend my money and time somewhere else!
