a .75 ct daimond ring
They told me the daimond was broken,
And was worth $130
On 14k white gold i took it back to kjewlers for routine clean up and inspeccion
They said it was completely fine,
Btw diamonds dont just randomly crack just because this place is so dishonest i do-not recomend

I took my things in there looking for a loan, and because I I didn't pick up my last pawned item they said my credit was bad so they could only give me 100 on 400 dollars worth of merchandise. I will never go there again.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Recently visited and the only staff member that was available was laughing on his personal cell phone and not paying attention to anyone that was there. It was very unprofessional ignoring any customers and talking on the phone when at your workplace. Never coming here again. I'm informing all my family not to come here anymore. Worst experience ever !!!! Used to come all the time but not anymore.

Came in awhile back to pawn and item and at the time there was only two people working. One of them was helping customers as the line got bigger and the other sat the entire time. I believe the one sitting was the manager named Reyna.I watched people get out of line and leave this is extremely unprofessional. I don’t understand why they didn’t Work

3 stars because they usually are okay, even if they low ball you on pretty much everything. They have to make some sort of profit and you Dont become “super” pawn without making a few “lucky buys.” But they expect you to provide a tool, plus the battery plus the charger for the battery for any electronic tool that you try to give them, even though all three are sold separately. And then they only want to pay for the tool, not the other two things which are relatively more expensive than the tool itself. Won’t be selling power tools here anymore. For the record they Dont sell the items with a battery or charger either. So they’re literally stealing.

I went in after talking to one of the guys on the phone, they told me a quote that satisfied me and then when I came in, I talked to the same guy and he told me his associate would help me. They then told me HALF of what i was quoted for. It was a BRAND NEW Apple Watch, Series 4 and 2nd Gen of AirPods. They wanted me to walk out with only 70 dollars. THEY QUOTED ME AT 140 AT LEAST for both. They are dishonest and i felt like they lured me in just to waste my time.Go somewhere else, don't waste your time.
