This t-mobile has the worst customer service reps I have ever met after I bought a phone and did go any where but home with phone the screen started to separate and wS told to file a insurance claim less than two day then then after that I had a deductible and the phone doesn't work with a Sim card they and said would already be activated which it has not some thanks for 14 years of service then

We signed up from Sprint and Metro PCS we were a sprint customer for 21 years and Metro PCS for 15, we were told our monthly charge for T-Mobile Internet, and 2 lines would be about 98.00 a month ( internet is 25 if you're over 60) and we are paying 128.00 + a month totally not What we were told. WATCH OUT T-Mobile will rip you off. Beware.

Caito, jhoana, and Renee are extremely experienced and helpful I got a new family plan, tablets and watches and I’m still saving $150 a year switching from Verizon!

Was pleasantly surprised at how well trained and professional the staff of this store was. I purchased a new phone last week and Caito helped me out. She was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Her and her team helped multiple customers while I was in store and everyone left happy. Great job with this location, I will certainly return.

T-Mobile recently installed a new tower about 1.5 miles away. Coverage map showed me in a 5G coverage area. Never had cell phone service before. Bought a phone and internet modem. Got home 1-2 bars 4G, sometimes. Tried a $1000, 100dB signal booster. It could not find a usable signal to boost. Returned it. Returned he phone and modem. $20 restocking fee. Could only cancel service using that phone. Should have done that first. On hold for an hour in the store. Gave up told the associate I would try again later. Came back. On hold 15 minutes. Manager told associate how to get around that and she got through. I still have to pay the full month, $100, even though I had the phone for only 9 days and would not have gotten it in the first place had they not falsely indicated that I would get 5G service.

I had a great experience here thanks to Jhoana, the whole process was way faster and she gave me excellent customer service, that girl deserves a raise! Unlike any other experience I have had, the change from AT&T to here was fast and easy thanks to her! Thanks again!

We bought 2x new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phones yesterday, Renee helped us and when we were buying them her service was very good. Once we arrived home we realized that we got the 256GB phones, she didn't offer us the options that they had and we actually wanted the 512GB. We returned today to see if we can exchange them for the 512GB. When we arrived at the store Renee asked us what was wrong, and we told her then she said sorry she is busy with another client. We didn't expect her to just help us immediately. Another sales lady then tried to help us without success. At the end of the day THEY opened the phones at the store we DID NOT use them at home so now we have to pay in to upgrade and then pay the re stocking fee for something that THEY opened and we weren't offered the different options. Any good sales person should tell clients what options are available before making the sale!!I had to update my original 2 star review, we went back again and Renee at least tried to help us exchange it. I definitely still feel that the sales people should give customers all available options before making the sale.

Went in for a simple upgrade. Ended up walking out with a charger I never agreed to purchase and device protection. Now wasting another day to get this returned n off my future bills. This should be illegal.

I thought t-mobile was t-mobile ?it didn't matter the location.how you going to look at a note on Our account " is able to exchange item with no questions asked " and still was able to exchange my item like fr, childish manner and employees .if I could give this location 0 stars I really would.
