I walked in this store to upgrade my phone. And I was helped by Tmobile “expert”Tatianna Mosqueda she seemed very nice , but pissed me off because shes sneaky and thirsty too make sales/commission, when she walked out from the back with my new iPhone she also brought back a 20w Usb-c power adapter, and automatically charged me for it without even asking me If i needed one. Ive been having iPhone for a decade now I have enough cords and the new adapter with two connections which I paid like $60. I then told her I didn’t need it and very desperate she said you can have it for free, I’ll discount $20 dollars off your bill and wrote my number in a yellow Post it. I said ok, really didn’t want to argue I was just shocked how they’re allowed to do this. I never got a discount. I walked in the store again and she avoided me and was very rude and said she would talk to her manager lol. told her about it and it never happened either. Its not about the $20 dollars its about how disrespectful and desperate she is to make commission so shes ripping off loyal T-Mobile customers and play stupid thinking its ok. I contacted corporate about this issue against this associate and filed a report against her and this store. She definitely does not represent T-Mobile. Horrible store I don’t recommend it to anyone!!
