I went in there for a new phone and a watch , and I was helped almost right away. The gentleman that helped me was nice & knowledgeable. And I was in and out within 45 minutes.

I have had a business account with you all for 7 years. Your customer experience and general phone service have gone down in quality over the years. Your "new" business department is absolutely useless (specifically your business account expert Angelique Hilsinger, very rude lady). I am currently reviewing my options at Verizon.

I switched to T-Mobile and was promised a $200 gift card for each line I ported over. No help with setting this up and I didn’t know it wasn’t automatic. I called customer service a few weeks later because I never got a gift card. They told me there is something I have to fill out online. I filled it out and it was denied. It’s so disappointing that these people are scammers. So shady and disappointing.

Wow! Wowwww!!!! Wowwwww!!! Jason at the 20th st and Camelback store was AMAZING!!! I had been battling it out with customer care for MONTHS & Jason was able to resolve 12 months of issues in less than an hour! This level of service is rare to find & MOST appreciated!!! Jasons patience & attention to detail was exceptional as he was able to target the issue and find a resolution!

Nice people, shocking product. I bought a prepaid SIM card here with 6gb allowance and it's totally useless. Gets hardly any network reception even at home in Midtown and zero, absolute zero, Internet coverage on my day trip to Sedona, Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. Their prepaid SIMs must be even lower quality than normal SIMs. Waste of money,?

Although I have moved out of the neighborhood a number of years ago, I still consider this location "my store" as I have always gotten excellent service there and have always been treated with kindness and respect every time I am in the store. Shadi is my guy and has been for many years and because of him, I go out of my way to go to this location. He's the absolute best. However this post isn't so much about him as it is about Danny - "assistant store manager." I needed a phone charger so I stopped in the store on October 18th to get one and Danny helped me. I told him I needed three things - the charger, an explanation as to why my phone bill changed and to see Shadi. He helped me with my first two requests and then literally refused to go in the back and get Shadi "because he was at lunch" so I could say hi to him. Danny flat out said no he wouldn't do it when in reality - it wasn't his call to make. He could have easily been kind to an old woman like myself and gone in the back to ask Shadi if he wanted to come out and say hi. The reason I wanted to see Shadi was because as I said, he's "my guy" who has helped me for many years and the last time I saw him, I was literally on my death bed. I was a very sick woman on oxygen waiting to have a lung transplant. Thankfully I did receive one and am doing 100% better. All I wanted to do was say a quick hello and show Shadi how well I was doing. I was really upset when I left the store. I couldn't believe Danny wouldn't do that for me. As I was leaving, I told him customer service goes a long way as does kindness.

They’re great. I just kept being sent home when trying to get the rebate information because the person I signed up with wasn’t there. I was able to get what I needed from another person finally.

Went there last Sunday looking for a new razor flip phone. Was told by Tim that none was in stock but two were coming in Tuesday or latest Wednesday! I called Tuesday nothing came in, I called Wednesday spoke with Tim again and he obviously didn't remember me because he tells me oh nothing's in and nothing's coming in right at this time. He says let me check oh I've got one coming in maybe here tomorrow. I called back Thursday still nothing is in! Tim has been there he said 15 years, he told me something's coming in Tuesday or Wednesday then he tells me on Wednesday nothing's coming in so he's obviously a liar! Horrible customer service! I called another store and the lady said they did not have any but she said why don't you come in and we will order it and it will take 2 to 3 days to get here. Why did Tim not do that for me Sunday? Seriously you've been there 15 years and you don't have enough customer service skills to just go ahead and order the phone for the customer?! I will never return to East Camelback rd. store! People like Tim needs to be replaced 15 years in the business zero customer service! Wake up T-Mobile replace the people that don't perform

Mike DMC is awesome!I originally went to a T-Mobile store and was given the runaround about getting my phone fixed and was told I needed to go to Best Buy and have them look at it. I ended up stopping at Mike's T-Mobile store on my way to Best Buy just to make sure I was following the process correctly. It took Mike literally just 5 minutes and I had a replacement phone all setup.All T-Mobile rep's are not the same!Mike DMC rocks!Thanks Mike, you totally made my day.
