Really bad service but customer service is the worse

I Would like to give this stores customer service a 10/10. Came here today because I broke my screen protector to my watch and needed it replaced. Went to a store on 43rd and McDowell where they immediately just tried to sell me another protector with out asking me the right question of "whats the number for the watch " he just asked for my number and said it wasn't the right coverage and i couldnt find my receipt to help with the situation. Well when I came to this store I was helped by Erick and right from the start asked me the right questions to help me out and find the warranty and even gave me a copy of the receipt again. Day and night between customer service thanks again !!!

Mark Grande welcomed us with a nice attitude and professional manners. He was so helpful with all my process and went above and beyond to make everything easy and fast. He answered all of my questions patiently to make me feel comfortable with the devices I was getting. Highly recommend coming here.

Worst customer service, I came in to just ask a few simple questions, and the employees just looked over and completely ignored us, for the remaining time, they just walked away and we’re on their phones giggling, if they don’t want to do their easy job so much, why don’t they just quit ??

**UPDATE. I emailed the person who replied to my review, made it sound as if they cared. It's been over 2 weeks, nobody has replied.WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES. They tell you your bill will be a certain amount and then you end up paying a lot more.Went there to add another line and get a new phone. The employee said they had a "promotion" where if you add a line you get another one for free. He said they'll give us the sim card and we could use it or not. I didn't care for it, we didn't need it.Then really tries to sell us the Otter box case and screen protector for $90, we said no but he kept insisting, also tried selling us the TMobile wifi box, I said no.Still insisting on us buying the Otter box and screen protector, he said he would give us a "discount", that we would only pay $45 for it BUT that in the receipt it would show full price. ?I asked why. He said he would not charge for one if the activation fees. He was going to charge me for the "free" line I didn't ask for or needed. The total he was initially giving us was $410.$200 for the phone$86 tax$35 installation fee$45 Otter box and screen protectorDidn't add up.After I realized he was charging us for things we didn't need and hiding fees from me. I said I didn't want anything, I wanted to leave the store. The manager came and heard the situation. He waved both installation fees and oh surprise the total was $280.TO THE TMOBILE STORE OWNER pay your employees better so they don't scam your costumers in to s... they don't need or want just so they can get commissions.DO BETTER

You guys are messed up for doing what you guys did to my friend. She went in to purchase a phone and you employee said the card wasn't working when she went to go purchase. Now she went into her bank account and seen that you guys did charge her !!! She has evidence!!! YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!

Horribe I paid for a phone online in order to pick it up they told me to bring an authorized user and my ID. I asked is that all I need, because I don't have time to go back and forth. They said thats at all you need. So, I get to T-Mobile And now they tell me that I need the card that I used to pay for my phone so when I got there t I couldnt get the phone. Waste of time. Im switchings services.Luis Romero and Delia are the managers and they could not help me.

Not the best or the worst place but the staff just simply don't seem to care. They just want to get you out of the store as fast as they can by any means necessary, for the most part they do the job well enough it's just the attitude I can't stand.
